Nice hotel in a convenient location. True, in general, there are some hotels around to suit every taste and budget. You can find it 2 times cheaper, but without breakfast, which, by the way, ends at 9:30 - so you won’t be able to sleep and it seems that this is the standard here in Da Nang. The walls are really made of cardboard, well, that is, this is not a joke, you can hear someone talking in a low voice. I haven't seen such thin ones for a long time. There is a school outside the window, cheerful Vietnamese children have been screaming since the very morning (7:30?), most likely there is no rule “don’t run or scream during breaks” and you can hear them very well. The staff comes to clean and knocks on the door at 9 am, even earlier if the floor is low, but the “do not disturb” button saves the day. Otherwise, a pleasant, clean hotel with good but small rooms. Oh yes, there is no gym, instead a stuffy room of 10-15 square meters with an exercise bike, a dead row of dumbbells and a couple of tired exercise machines, again, like in most local hotels of this level.

We left for the city of Hoi An and wanted to return on the 20th, we left our things at the hotel, since we had lived here for 3 days before, but we liked Hoi An so much that we wanted to stay there longer and I tried to change the reservation for another day (later ) I wrote to Trip.com support, they promptly contacted the hotel and sent them our request in writing.
Many thanks to the hotel for accommodating us without any extra charges! They just moved it to the next day! And they responded very quickly!

Very clean, tidy and quiet hotel, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a fantastic area with lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops within walking distance. Max 5 minutes from the beach . We had a great 10 days , we will be back 😁

The Grand Sunrise Boutique is a great place to stay. The price is great and the facilities are good. The staff really make the experience especially GiGi who took the time to send us heaps of information regarding local food, bars etc and even arranged reservations for us when needed.
Will definitely be back.
