The location is only a five minute walk to the beach and close to lots of great restaurants. The cleaning service was great and we received our security deposit promptly when we checked out. If you are planning a long-term stay in Da Nang, I highly recommend the Viva Apartments. You can find cheaper apartments in Da Nang, but you get what you pay for.

Just finished a 5 week stay. Staff is wonderful. DaNang is getting busier now that Covid restrictions have been eased. They have just finished redoing the sidewalks on the Ava side of Tran Bach Dang st. Mini marts abound within walking distance around 6 by my count. Plenty of local and western choices for food nearby. No noise issues even with construction on nearby streets. A 2 min. walk to the most beautiful beach in VietNam. Although Ava is not a 5 star with a pool it is my go to hotel in DaNang.
