We had a horrible night at Menora Premium Hotel. There was water all over the bathroom whenever someone was taking a shower because the evacuation was blocked, reception said there was nothing they could do about it. Our bed sheets were full of dirt and blood stains, they got changed only for one of the two beds and the new sheets were still dirty. We couldn’t even sleep in the bed sheets but had to stay at this hotel because they had made us pay during check in, before even seeing the room, which is unusual. If we had known we would have run away to find another hotel. Our feet were black just walking on the floor, the white walls were full of dirt as well. Service was terrible as the receptionist lied to us continuously: he told us we couldn’t do a late check out on the following day because the hotel was full, while his manager told us the opposite, when we asked to speak with his manager during check out, he said she wasn’t there on Saturdays before realizing it was actually Friday, so that he came up with another lie saying that she was on a business trip, but when we insisted she came out 10 minutes later from one of the hotel’s staff rooms. No kind gesture was proposed to compensate for all of the points listed above, this hotel clearly doesn’t care about their customers being satisfied, they just want to make sure they get their money before customers are able to see how bad the rooms and the service are.
