Enjoyable stay and a good value considering location, cleanliness, quality of room and staff. Breakfast was ok, but could be better. Ambience music was annoying at best. Overall? I will stay here again.

I got a card key and the door in front of the room didn't open so I stayed there for a long time. I went down to the front desk 3 times.
Also, the cold water in the shower didn't come out, so I almost got burned.
I went to the front desk and told them they would take action. 20 minutes later, a barefoot man came up, turned on the water, said there was nothing wrong, and left.
The breakfast wasn't great and the only good thing was that it was close to Han Market.

We went to Da Nang for a few days trip for their famous Dragon Bridge and Ba Na Hills, Buddha Palm Bridge. The stay was pleasant and they provided good services. I would recommend this hotel.
