Terrible hotel. During my stay my things were damaged. During the cleaning of the room the staff broke my electric toothbrush and no one compensated me for this damage. When I asked who was responsible for this, a lot of stuff members came and everyone started to deny fact af damage and pretend that nothing happened, moreover some of them just stood and laughed at this situation. No one is interested in helping to resolve any problem. They simply don't care. I also noticed that they touched my phone and camera, which I left on the nightstand. So do not leave your things here when you leave the room. The room is very worn out, the furniture is shabby and broken in places. Also, I was not warned that there was renovation and construction. From 7 am every day you can hear a hammer drill and a drill. There is a terrible noise. And until 1 am you can hear noise and loud music/karaoke from the street. I could not get a good night's sleep in this hotel. There is no soundproofing. Hot water in the shower appears only after about 10 minutes of waiting. The elevator does not go to the G floor, be prepared to drag your suitcase to the reception on your own. Overall, this is a terrible hotel that is worth a maximum of one star. I recommend looking for better options, there are definitely some in this area.

Good location , have sea view .. big room & clean

The location is great. It's right behind the beach road. Convenience stores, hole-in-the-wall stores, and souvenir stores all open at 6 o'clock. Buy 10,000 won worth of corn from a motorcycle corn vendor. There are also many famous seafood stores and Korean restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is a beautiful building, but it would be nice if it was cleaned a little more. It seems like they're hiring more staff. I didn't see any cleaning staff between 6 o'clock and 12 o'clock. Owner, there's trash on the stairs on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Someone's ironing in the lobby. It's a shame because it's such a nice hotel. You can see the ocean between the buildings from room 301. I got mosquito bites on my ankles as soon as I entered the hotel room for two days in a row. This is a hotel I want to support so much that I hope to see good reviews in the future.

It is located right behind Mikevichi Beach, so it has good access to the beach. There is Nabesua right in front. There is a local massage place. A local seafood restaurant. There is a ******** arcade, and other fun things to eat. The facilities are a bit old, but they are well-maintained. It seems to be the best value for money.

Everything is good. Price is reasonable. But it is not soundproof. It is quite noisy.

Good Location only 5 minutes on foot to the beach, fair for room charge & provided value (I book the room without breakfast with only $20). The staff is friendly and well-support when I ask for motorbike rental. Definitely comeback if I had chance.

Photos are very deceiving. Not what you get. Rooms are very run down. Bathroom was smelling and shower doors were dirty. Receptionist was not friendly. Breakfast was only Vietnamese we had to ask them to just fry us eggs.

Selected because of a £6 a night room – excellent value! Clean, spacious and modern room. Five-minute walk to Vietnamese Copacabana-style Da Nang beach. Market by Dragon Bridge over Han River within 30mins but well worth the trip!

A wonderful hotel and a can't-miss price. This hotel had everything I needed for a quick stay in Danang. Close to the beach, good air-conditioning, friendly staff. The rooms were well appointed, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was acceptable. Not my favorite neighborhood but should work well for international guests as everything you could need is here for a basic stay. No bike or motorbike rentals as advertised but not that big of a deal. Stay here, you'll like it
