Couldn’t find my reservation, kept me waiting for an hour, then gave me a room which was in use by someone! Second assigned room the AC was not working.. curtain rod was broken.. Overall unpleasant experience!

The sanitation of the facilities is so-so, mainly because the service is relatively poor. There are two doors outside the hotel, one of which is the door of the apartment, and the other door is not obvious. No matter which door it was, no one could be found at the time. Only people speak Vietnamese, and they can’t communicate with each other. After waiting outside for almost an hour, I saw a waiter at the front desk return to the front desk. It was hot and stuffy outside, and people were even more depressed! The experience is very bad, I will not book this hotel again next time
