They came to kick us out in advance when checking out. At 11:59
Internet is very bad! Very! Very! Very bad! Horrible
I had to say goodbye to the previous hotel to sit in the lobby to take an important call
The breakfast here is sad, tasteless, there were a lot of midges flying over the tomatoes!! and when they were sitting on the vegetables, at first I thought that the vegetables were sprinkled with spices.
Welcome drink was apparently only given to package tourists. Nobody offered us one.
The reception is very dusty. There was something lying at the bottom of the pool (papers or just dirt), the sun loungers were dirty.
There are "Grand Sunrise" signs all over the hotel, but that's not it. Grand Sunrise is nearby and has better service!
Otherwise, everything was fine here.

Anyone who comes to this hotel should be careful.. the service staff's attitude is very bad.. the rooms are not very meticulous... especially the parking attendant's attitude is very bad. When you want a motorbike, give it a used one and it's too expensive. It's too high..it's not fun to buy a newer car..it's really too much to lock the car up to "900" in the afternoon..you shouldn't stay at this hotel..everyone....

An ok stay on a budget travel. The reception girls were very cheerful and friendly and the room super clean and specious . No safe though. The wifi 4/5 only and did not go all the way to the roof where the pool area was. The housekeepers never ever woke me up which was a big plus. The room was always cleaned and I got new towels and bed sheets . Right in the city centre but quiet enough so you don’t hear any noises. Breakfast was nice

Stayed here for one night, thankfully. If you want to lay on springs, this is your place! The mattress felt like it t 15 years old. Sort of got a skin crawling itchy feel! The pool area/bar is quite antiquated and run down. Quite an interesting room layout - see picture. In a good area to explore Da Nang but I would expect a lot more value than this.

Good overall value for the money. Breakfast is good. There was no WiFi at swimming pool. Motorbike rental is a bit expensive when compared to Thailand. Hotel staff was very friendly and nice.

Hotel name has been changed on June 13th of this year. At "Helios Boutique Hotel & Spa". Stayed 2 nights. All the staff were very kind. Listened to my plans and gave me advice. There is one lady who can speak broken Japanese. Most of the Vietnamese guests were fully booked during the sightseeing season. I requested a late check-out, but it was not possible because the rooms were fully booked. However, after checking out, I was asked to use both the pool and the shower. They also arranged a car for the same price as Grab, and when the pick-up staff at the tour destination was late, they called the company, which was very helpful. The room is clean and looks like a Japanese business hotel. The hot water in the shower was good, but the used hot water flowed to the floor of the toilet bowl, so it was inconvenient until it dried. Toothbrush, soap, shampoo, instant coffee, tea pack, and 2 water bottles are included free of charge. There is a kettle for boiling water. There are convenience stores, massage shops, and restaurants nearby, and Miken Beach is a hotel in a convenient location in about 5 minutes.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and enjoyed our stay. The staff, Ms. Trang and Ms.Giselle were really wonderful, always helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was a healthy selection of fruits and local cuisine like pho. Level 10 kitchen and breakfast staff were always smiling and happy to help. They always did their job well despite some very demanding and fussy guests. The bathroom design could do with a bit of improvement as it the glass does not cover a larger section of the bathtub and hence water leaks every time which ends in a wet floor every day. End up using towels unnecessarily to dry it to prevent slipping & accidents. House keeping staff & Security were also very friendly. If you rent a scooter, you could park it in the basement. The location was ideal as it was close to everything walking distance eg other restaurants, pharmacy, massage parlours, the beach etc. Tip : Please be polite to staff with a please, thank you and a smile. It goes a long way!
