Good location, walkable distance from the beach and night market. Neighbourhood is quite and well filled with cafes, pubs and restaurants.

The location is good and it's very close to the beach. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that the room I booked was damaged by the previous guest and could not be accommodated. They arranged me to the nearby Dubai Hotel for free, which was quite good.

The landlady is kind and can speak Chinese! The hotel is very clean. There are a lot of places to eat around and there are quite a few supermarkets where you can buy souvenirs. It's quite close to the beach, you can walk to the beach in about five minutes!

Shabby walls, old furniture, dirty sheets and pillows (there was no duvet cover at all), a window with bars (4th floor, why?) overlooking the wall. There is no water, no coffee/tea. I do not recommend this hotel.

The proprietress speaks Chinese and is very friendly. The hotel is very cost-effective. You can also rent a motorcycle for only 120,000 VND. It’s great to ride along the coastline.

There are bugs crawling around, it's dirty, the blankets don't look like they've been washed at all, the air conditioner fan is full of dust, and no matter how cheap they are, they say they're expensive, but this doesn't seem to be the case.
