I LOVED it! The bed is so comfortable, the location is PERFECT, surrounded by many restaurants, coffee, beach at 5 min walk and all the personnel are so nice, handfuls, I felt like home and can't wait to come back!!!

Really bad experience. Manager was super rude, they took away my sisters passport as they wanted her to pay a day before she leaves for some extra charges.. I would recommend no one should ever live in this hotel with such rude and arrogant staff. I was told that our cultures were different that’s why I did bit understand why this black Mail happened and I was told by the manager that it was their normal practice!!!😟😟😟😟😟

The location is near an intersection, so it's easy to go here and there. There are a lot of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Although the facility has been remodeled, the hardware seems to be a bit lacking. I stayed on the 8th floor. The water pressure was too weak, and the hot water didn't work well. I think it's not a bad option for those who just want to stay quietly. The restaurant on the first floor is a bit pricey, but it's okay.

We took a room with a balcony, in the picture there was a large balcony with a bathroom, but of course they gave us another one, with a tiny balcony on which you couldn’t even dry your clothes; they would fly away. High humidity, poorly ventilated rooms, stale air

Location in the center near the beach, comfortable and ok staff. Too bad about the balcony with the tub in our room, it was very nice but not looked after and not clean.

Really enjoyed my stay here. It was in an excellent location. Hotel room very clean and presentable. Excellent price and above all the staff very courteous and helpful.

The room was not too clean , and the bathroom was not as well I expected, the door was broken did not close and was very dusty..

Great location amongst restaurants, bars, convenience stores and 4 short blocks to a wonderful beach. Small but comfortable room with all necessities. Well priced and will stay there again.

Poor facility

I found the rooms to be clean, the reception staff to be friendly and professional, the dining options are all very close to where I live and there are many choices for both morning, noon and evening, especially the cafes are delicious, and there is a supermarket opposite. Need to buy convenient necessary items, walk to the beach about 2 minutes,

It was indicated swimming pool when I booked so I was disappointed. Dirty window. Staff who do not speak English. No breakfast possible
