Monarque Hotel Danang

Monarch Hotel, located on My Khe Beach in Danang, provided me with the best service and facilities of any 4-star hotel I have ever experienced. If I were to evaluate it, it would be a 4-star hotel. First of all, the location is a bully. Just across the street is My Khe Beach, the famous Tokos Escobar Beach, and Herbal Steak & Pizza. In addition, there are some of the best local restaurants in Da Nang in the back alley, and it is close to Koreatown. What can I say about service? You can receive the best service ever and it's not burdensome. When you arrive at the hotel, there are staff waiting with parasols on and staff opening the door and holding the elevator when you go inside... Above all, you can feel gratitude and service from those who care about even the smallest things and want to help. Employees named Sophie and Rose are special among them. Sophie speaks English, Vietnamese, and a little bit of Korean, but she still speaks understandably and tries to be helpful. Rose is similar to Sophie, but her Korean is at an intermediate level. Even if you speak Korean, they will understand and provide you with the service. Breakfast is amazing. It's not a 4 star rating for nothing. No matter where you go in Vietnam, it is within your fingertips even in 4-star or 5-star rating. In addition, goodnight cookies are provided every day around 5 p.m., and free afternoon tea is held at the 12th floor cafe near the swimming pool from 2:30 to 5 p.m., where you can enjoy tea, coffee, and desserts. While staying at the real Monarch, I was able to eat breakfast, fill my lunch with afternoon tea, and eat delicious food for dinner. The swimming pool is on the 12th floor, but like all hotels in Da Nang, it is small and cozy. Still, the facility itself is not bad and the view of My Khe Beach is really nice. The room condition is excellent. It's really comfortable because it has great air conditioning, a good bathroom, nice beds, and round-trip service.

The hotel is next to the My Khe Beach, just across the road. The night food stall next to it is very popular. I ate there for two consecutive nights. The price is cheap and the taste is good. The overall environment and hygiene of the hotel are good. The breakfast is quite rich. The main thing is that the hotel staff has a good attitude and is very friendly. Next time I come to Da Nang, I will choose this hotel again.
