Tôi đến Wink với gia đình, lần này là lần thứ 3 tôi đến đây. Phòng thì không rộng đâu nhưng nó vừa đủ để cho những ai chỉ có nhu cầu ngủ khi thuê khách sạn. Lần này tôi có sử dụng dịch vụ giặt sấy và thật bất ngờ khi view ở phòng giặt sấy rất là đẹp. Các bạn nhân viên thì vẫn luôn nhiệt tình và năng động như mọi khi, điều này làm tôi cảm thấy rất thoải mái khi giao tiếp với các bạn. Đặc biệt cảm ơn Lucas khi cả 3 lần ở khách sạn của tôi đều là do Lucas checkin và hỗ trợ, tôi cảm thấy rất vui vì điều này

the hotel is in a great location, the staff is great, purity is at a level, I would recommend the hotel to a friend, you may need to improve with some fruit the breakfast and two more things, but everything else is great

I can't say that the staff were helpful or unhelpful as we didn't speak each others language and no amount of sign language enabled us to tell the receptionist that our safe was locked when we entered the room, therefore rendering it useless for our 4 night stay. The room we had was huge with a large terrace and a fabulous view of Dragon bridge, sadly that was the only positive. The mattress was absolutely rock hard and the room felt dingy and depressing. As I said, we were there for 4 nights and no attempt was made to clean our room until the 3rd day of our stay. We were out for hours each day so I have no idea why it wasn't done. We had to go searching for toilet rolls etc. Most of the furniture in the room was in an okay state, apart from the fridge which had definitely seen better days but the bathroom was awful. Dirty. I really didn't like the fact that every time we entered or left the hotel there was somebody sitting at the coffee table in reception chewing on sunflower seeds and discarding the skin/peel whatever it is all over the coffee table. A disgusting habit anyway but we were there during the coronovirus scare and to have people's spit all over the table is a health hazard as well as being generally revolting. Needless to say we will not be returning.

It is located in a quiet upscale residential area. Therefore, although it is far from the city and the beach, it is quieter. It's the perfect place to stay in a cage, and best of all, the infinity pool illuminated by the neon lights of the amusement park's Ferris wheel is the most beautiful, and there's a hot spring bath. I think this hotel is a resort that can only be found here!

me and my family went to vietnam to travel and stay at eden plaza hotel danang from June 30 to July 3 and received a warm welcome from people here, entered the hotel space is a large and clean campus, the hotel has a very spacious and clean outdoor swimming pool in addition to a children's swimming pool that is very suitable for families when coming here. We booked a superior room and wanted to upgrade the room, the hotel side supported and gave us a very good price, the breakfast food at the restaurant is not diverse. This problem needs to be overcome by the hotel to be better. Once again, thank you to the entire hotel staff for warmly welcoming us, and especially to Mr.DUC for supporting us from booking to throughout our stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. When we arrived,bellboy and doorman Andrew welcome us with smile.We really love his cheerfulness. Our luggage was also carried to the room by him. The hotel receptionis Ivy ,Jenny and Cindy also patiently answered our doubts one by one. We feel very happy and joyful here. The hotel rooms are very clean and the location is good.We also satisfied with the buffet breakfast here.
