The staff was very friendly on arrival the and check in process went very smoothly and quick . We booked the double suite and it was identical as the photos (not common). It was a very clean and comfortable room with all the amenities that were promised . The hotel is in a great location, close to the dragon bridge , swinging bridge and beach . I would definitely recommend this hotel and the double suite if visiting Da nang .

this hotel is 500 meter away from the beach and is quiet. Also it walkable distance to the dragon bridge and the night market. Limited breakfast. Pool is on the top floor but not able to use due to our schedule

Small rooms. The items set up in the room are not complete. Worst of all, the TV in the room also can't work but the staff doesn't inform the guests in advance when we check-in.The kettle is also missing and not set up. After the phone came to the front desk, they announced that they were under maintenance and repair, so they forgot that.

I went there, but it was under construction, so they sent me to the Green Machine Hotel next door, and everything was fine, but bed bugs came out and I got goosebumps, so I changed rooms, and bed bugs came out again... It's good except for the bed bugs.

Booked the hotel through booking.com. They messaged us through there asking to confirm booking references etc and if we wanted a taxi booked. We replied, and then wrote to them again a couple days after as we had still not heard anything, and wanted to see if we could check in early. Still no response. So we organised the taxi ourselves to the hotel from the airport. The guy at reception took our booking references and information and asked us to take a seat in reception whilst he prepares the room information. 10 minutes later he advises us the hotel is full. There was a language barrier (this wasn’t the issue) that made it very confusing and stressful for us as we thought we had no where to go. After using google translate, he advised he was sending us to another hotel. We had no idea where it was, what it was like, or what it was called. We booked this hotel as it was close to the beach and this new hotel could of been anywhere, he could not understand us to explain. A taxi turned up for us, and asked us if we were heading back to the airport. At this point we had to run back into the hotel as we had no idea where we were being sent! The taxi driver dropped us off at another hotel 2km down the road. Overall, the experience was extremely stressful after a long early morning flight in the heat of the day. The hotel looked nice from the outside but clearly a booking confirmation doesn’t mean a room will be free for you.
