The location of the hotel is good, not far away there is an excellent beach, the view from the room is simply magnificent, both of the mountains and the sea. The air conditioning works well and there is a nice swimming pool on the roof. Of the minuses: the room had holes in the floor covered with a rug, the structure that was intended for the TV also fell off the ceiling and gave the impression that the room was destroyed. This did not affect the use of the number, but it was not pleasant to look at. There was a smell of dampness and some kind of odor in the bathtub, so we lived with the extractor hood constantly running. The tap also leaks when you use it, we asked at the reception, the master came and said that this could not be changed, so we lived with dripping water.

The hotel is in perfect position, 1 minute walk to the beach. The street outside becomes a ” walking street” at night. It is full of bars, coffee shops and quaint restaurants. The Reception staff were totally on the ball, any queries were dealt with immediately. Would highly recommend you coming to stay here. Many thanks to the staff for making our holiday one to remember. Cctree000An Exceptional Stay in Da Nang – Highly Recommend! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, everything was flawless—this is hospitality at its finest! The room I stayed in was on the 10th floor, and the industrial-style interior design immediately stood out. Its modern, minimalist aesthetic with cool tones created a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere, making it the perfect escape during the hot summer. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the fresh scent made it even more inviting. One of the standout features of this hotel is the included breakfast and afternoon tea. The breakfast, in particular, was sublime. It wasn’t just a meal—it was an experience that set the tone for the rest of my day. The variety, presentation, and quality were second to none. If you’re a breakfast lover, you’ll be in heaven here! The hotel’s location couldn’t have been more ideal, especially for a first-time visitor like me. It’s a dream for convenience: the beach is right in front, street massage parlors are located just behind, and some of the best seafood spots (like Be Ni 2) are within walking distance. While Be Ni 2 requires a bit of a stroll, it’s worth every step for the phenomenal seafood. If you’re planning to stay here, I’d highly recommend booking a room or suite above the 20th floor. While my 10th-floor room was fantastic, light traffic noise could occasionally be heard. Higher floors would likely offer an even more serene experience. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the outstanding service. Upon arrival, the reception team welcomed me warmly, seated me, and carefully explained all the terms and conditions. A special mention must go to Miss Hoa Pham, the Guest Relations Officer, who made my stay unforgettable. She personally escorted me to my room and impressed me with her professionalism and deep knowledge of the hotel. When I asked for recommendations on sightseeing, she went above and beyond, providing me with detailed suggestions that ensured my trip was fully planned and stress-free. Miss Pham’s dedication and kindness were simply exceptional. My entire stay was nothing short of amazing. From the incredible staff to the ideal location, this hotel delivered a world-class experience in every way. I left with wonderful memories and a strong desire to return. If you’re planning a trip to Da Nang, do yourself a favor and book this hotel. It’s a true gem, and I can’t recommend it enough! 🌟

GGuest UserI traveled with my husband, elderly mother and 4 years old daughter to Da Nang for the first time and I've booked the duplex room for 4 nights. The hotel located at a very convenient location with a lot of restaurants around. The hotel room was spacious and my family truly adore the comfort and spaces provided. Breakfast was wonder with wide choices of food. Swimming pool is certainly a highlight of our stay and we love it so much. One room for improvement was the temperature of the room was not even in the entire room which one of the bedroom is too warm at night. Overall this is a very nice hotel and we will definitely come back again.

LLifewith_summerhayesA Perfect Family Getaway by the Sea Our family stay at this hotel was nothing short of fantastic. We booked a family room with a sea view and balcony, and the breathtaking ocean scenery made every morning feel special. The room and hotel were impeccably clean and well-maintained, adding to our overall comfort. The beds and pillows were incredibly soft, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Though we could hear some noise from the neighbouring family room (reception handled fast) and bright flashing lights from the hotel building next door the black out curtains helped tremendously you couldn’t see anything and didn’t disrupt our stay. The amenities were impressive, with a stunning pool (though quite cold in winter), a well-equipped gym featuring yoga mats with a children’s room off the side (big windows) so you can exercise while the children play and a gorgeous sea view, and a spa that, unfortunately, was closed for Tet—but its prices were very reasonable. A special highlight was the once-off afternoon tea offered, which was a lovely touch. Dining was another highlight, with the hotel restaurant serving divine food and an extensive, delicious breakfast that catered to all tastes. Service was exceptional across the board, with friendly and attentive staff making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of everything and directly across from the beach, making it easy to explore. Transport was never an issue. For the price, this hotel exceeded expectations—you get more than what you pay for. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located, and family-friendly stay with excellent service and dining, this hotel is a top choice. Highly recommend! We have already booked our next stay.

IIan LagacIn a quiet location north of My Khe. Nice section of the beach across the road. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and cafes on the main beach. Rooftop bar is nice with good drinks. Happy hour in the afternoon is great! Coffee lounge is also great and serves good strong coffee. Will definitely come back and stay again.

GGuest UserI’ve stayed in many hostels and hotels across Vietnam and around the world, but this has to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Let me start with the positives: the room was spacious, but unfortunately, that’s where the good news ends. The cleanliness was highly questionable. The sheets were stained, and I couldn’t help but doubt if they’d been washed at all. As a solo traveler, I was given a twin room, which provided the option of using two beds. However, both beds were equally dirty, leaving me with no decent option. The bathroom, while visually appealing, was let down by the subpar toiletries. The shampoo smelled like an overpowering, generic men’s product, more suited to a budget gym locker room than a guest accommodation. A neutral scent would have been far more appropriate. Additionally, there was no hairdryer in the room—a real inconvenience if you have long hair like mine. The provided slippers were oversized, clearly designed for men, adding another layer of frustration. While I was glad to have a TV, it was nearly unusable. The YouTube app, which was a primary reason I booked the room, wouldn’t connect, and the TV itself was slow and difficult to operate. All in all, what should have been a relaxing stay was riddled with small but cumulative annoyances. The worst part, however, was leaving the room and heading to the dining hall. Breakfast was a major disappointment. The options were overwhelmingly carb-heavy and catered mainly to Vietnamese tastes, with dishes like rice, noodles, and curry. For a hostel that presumably caters to international guests, it’s baffling that the breakfast options were so limited and unappealing to a Western palate. The dining hall was also overcrowded, with too many guests at once, including children playing on phones at full volume—a noisy and stressful way to start the day. Service was inconsistent and, at times, awkward. On one occasion, a staff member greeted me with “Namaste,” assuming I was Indian, which left me taken aback. Some staff were better trained than others, but the overall experience was far from smooth. For instance, I ordered sunny-side-up eggs one morning, which were available, but the next day, I was told they weren’t offered and was given overly greasy fried eggs instead. This lack of consistency and the apparent lack of training among the staff were glaring issues. The dining hall itself was uncomfortably hot, making meals even less enjoyable. Tissue was nowhere to be found, adding to the overall discomfort. I chose this place partly because of its location, which is conveniently close to many bars, cafés, and the beach. However, it was also advertised as soundproof, which couldn’t be further from the truth. The constant noise from other guests, particularly children playing with the doorbells and loud voices at all hours, meant I never had a peaceful night’s sleep. Being woken up between 3 to 6 am became a daily occurrence, and it left me exhausted and frustrated. In conclusion, this hostel was far from worth the premium price. The service, quality, and overall experience fell drastically short of expectations. Here I am, still in my room with blood stained sheets, on the verge of booking another place because I simply cannot stay here any longer. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Food (breakfast was great) make sure to add the right people when book because in my case i didnt notice i just added 1 instead if 2 so i pay extra 500,000 VND (for my friend breakfast) Dinner is quiet expensive around 450k to 500k for 2 persons since most of the establishments are closed during night! make sure to take early dinner! Monorail is not also working when we visited not sure why. as

MMaestraViajarThey absolutely will not cancel your reservation, even with advance notice. Their “policies” require you to be ripped off instead. I was unable to come due to a visa issue. But they refused to cancel, and additionally would not change the date of my reservation as an alternate solution. This is not the type of service I expect from using trip.com. Based on this I do not recommend them. I will actually be in the city later in the month, but will choose a different hotel based on this.

The rooms were around the elevator, so there were people packing in the hallway from early in the morning, which was noisy. There were convenience stores, cafes, restaurants, massage parlours, etc. nearby, so it was convenient.

DDoerscheln SilkeWe were quite pleased with the hotel. It was a 3 minutes walk from the beach and close to many eateries and coffee shops. The staff was ever so friendly and helpful whenever we had a question. We booked the Deluxe King Room with Sea view (floor to ceiling windows with lots of light). A big bed and a bathtub were important features for us. The breakfast buffet was good but basic, but again very friendly staff members. The safe in our room was broken which was a bit of a downside. We'd certainly stay there again.
