It is clean and standard like normal hotel-chain. Staffs are very polite. Hotel is clean got all you want. Compare other local rates 4-5 starts hotels, hotel chain means quality and you can trust to book. The high- light of this hotel is their breakfast. Been eat pho in Vietnam, real miss normal breakfast ( bread bacon avocado etc..). Hotel has many sections provide western / Asian / local food. Even has kids section with smiley face pancake.. coffee is okay there. It can hosting numbers of guests without very crowded… sitting surrounded with many plants separates each section. We booked a dinner combo, service and food is great.. the hygienic standard you can trust. Portion is big. They should promote dinner with booking deal, because it is cheap with beautiful river view.

Good hotel with cheap price as compare with surrounding hotels. The price is very attractive considering that the hotel has just renovated and rejuvenated in 2023. After the renovation, the standard has gone up many notches. The hotel location is on one of the busiest street and within walking distance to My Khe beach. Also very near to the city and Han river. There is two swimming pools at the top floor which also gives you an open beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding city nights light. These makes for good instagrammable background photos. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. It would helps in communication if you could use Google translate to Vietnamese to communicate with them. The front desk and receptionist can communicate in English and the bell hop can communicate with a bit of Chinese. The hotel also can arranges and provides tour bookings to all the tourist attractions as well as transportation booking, which would be helpful for non-local tourists. Laundry service is available and good. The clothes when collected before 9.00 am in morning, it will be sent back to your room in the evening. Buffet breakfast for two is included in the hotel rates and the food is good.

The PEOPLE! Everyone working at this hotel were very pleasant and helpful. Made the overall experience very enjoyable. The HOTEL! A newer hotel in a great location with amazing views.right across from the beach and very convenient to many walkable restaurants. Taxis were always available out front. We needed to extend our time in Da Nang for 5-days and booked this hotel literally last minute. It did not disappoint and the rooms were very comfortable. We had a two-bedroom and have plenty of space. Room was beautiful and well designed. No issues or complaints about the room. The SPA! The Spa had a 2 for 1 special that I took advantage of by getting the Vietnamese Bamboo 90-minute Massage and then the Hot-Stone 90-minute Massage. These were both AMAZING and the masseuse couldn't have been more friendly and wonderful. She was able to locate the pain points in my shoulder areas and focus on relieving the pain. Her name was Nhi, and I HIGHLY recommend her. The Restaurant and Bar were also very nice, although did not utilize them often. We had dinner the first night and we were the only people in the place. It was ok and the service was good. They were very pleasant and even brought our leftovers to our room for us. The bar on the top floor was great and had amazing views. Again, the staff were also very pleasant and attentive. Drink was great and the place was relaxing. I guess prior to me arriving there were over 30 guests from a tour group. Morning Breakfast was included and we took advantage of it every morning. This was very popular and they had a wide selection of food, fruit, juices and beverages. The staff would remember who I was and would ask if I would like another cafe sua da every morning. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. Both Western and Vietnamese food were available, with some items changing daily. Overall, the experience was great and I will definitely stay again when visiting. The only negative were the elevators. They have three elevators, and if you are needing one during a busy time, you could have a long wait. We experienced this one time when going to breakfast. As a note, there were many large tour groups staying at the same time we were, so they would utilize the elevators at the same time. Other minor touches: The front outside seating area is a nice space to enjoy. While out there one evening with my 2-year-old son, we were able to listen to the music across the street from a wedding. It was not obnoxious and was very enjoyable. I would also take my son for walks down the sidewalk across the street along the beach. He loved this and it was very convenient and enjoyable. I am terrible with remembering names and cannot think of everyone to recognize for being so wonderful and EVERYONE was great! Highly Recommend!

The hotel is very bright and clean the front desk service is friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable and the breakfast is also very nice. It's the first choice for check-in.

The hotel is a beautiful building right in front of the beach/sea. We took 5 rooms & stayed here for 2 nights. The view from my 20th floor window was a absolute delight. The room, bed, room service -all were good. We did have to struggle while giving order for food for room service. Their understanding of english is pretty basic even for the main desk & for room service it was worse. The breakfast was a big spread but everything for the chinese & koreans but nothing for us, Indians. After on day stay, i requested them to arrange for some Indian food in the next day breakfast, we were 11 pax but they did nothing! All hotels in vietnam will have to become a bit sensitive to Indians -they are coming in troves- regarding their food - as everything offered in the food is non-veg & they too is uneatable for people like me who do eat non-veg. Also, they will have to start communicating in english if not Hindi orelse the Indians will soon turn their backs & go somewhere else where they are given importance & respect!!

Stayed here for 3 days. The hotel is just walking distance to the beach. It is also near the restaurants, pharmacy, grocery stores, laundry shop, and spas. The pool is located in the 14th floor which is overlooking the city area and sea, the view is so relaxing. The food is also mouthwatering. What I love about this hotel is their staffs, all of them are friendly and accommodating, special mention to Elsie, Zoey, and the bell boy (I don’t know his name). They are really kind and they are so good with their job. I bought lots of things in Vietnam to bring to Philippines and Elise suggested good places to buy a big luggage and it save me so much time. They attended all my needs during my stay and they always welcome me with their sweetest smile every time I enter the hotel. Grand Ocean Luxury Hotel you have gems inside your hotel and that would be Elsie, Zoey, the bell boy and all the staffs. Kudos to your hard work guys

My wife had a one month stay at Gemma hotel and apartment. Simply stated the hotel and staff far exceeded our expectations. We had a 2 room suite on an upper floor which was spacious and very clean. Daily housekeeping and awesome buffet breakfast provided. Staff strives to deliver 5* service. Helpful and friendly from front desk, to restaurant to housekeeping. Location of hotel is perfect as it's halfway to both beach and city center. Will DEFINITELY return to Gemma as we feel it is our home.

The breakfast was very generous, the location was a bit biased, and the entrance and exit were called by cars. I was attracted by the rooms with glass views on both sides, so I booked the executive room intentionally. As a result, a new building was built next to it, which blocked the view. I was disappointed. A room with floor-to-ceiling windows and no balcony looks slightly better

I just spent a vacation at Crowne Plaza Hotel in Da Nang. I am really impressed and extremely happy to have met the friendly people of Danang and the hotel is absolutely perfect according to my wishes. From Receptionist to Manager, all are so professional, the rooms are extremely clean and make me and my friends very satisfied. Especially you Huyen, very cute and very professional. If you come back, you will definitely choose Crowne Plaza as a resort. Thank you!

Clean and tidy, the staff was warm and friendly, and the room was beautiful. Thank you very much to the owner, we helped us a lot during our trip to Da Nang. There are many great restaurants nearby, Cohibar, Burger Brothers and Indian restaurants within walking distance. The attractions that cannot be missed are Wuxing Mountain, Bana Mountain, Han Market and Lingying Temple.
