Great location, about 200 metres from main chermside bus interchange which is right next to Westfield's chermside shopping centre.

Location was strategic. Opposite Chermside Westfield. Just across the road.
Sofa may need updated, surfaces were peeled. Kitchen was very basic with cutlery, glasses, plates and bowls. Non stick pan was badly used. Secured car parks are limited. Other than that, no complaints.

Staff were friendly; the room was nice. The swimming pool had quite a lot of leaves in it. The gym set up was a bit strange; there is a partner gym 3 minutes walk away which is really well kitted out. However the hotel ask you to pay the gym provider directly to go; then bring a receipt to reception with your bank details, and they will then ‘pass them to accounts’ for a refund. Seems like a ball ache - esp with a UK bank account. Breakfast was not great. Bananas were all past their best.

Nice quiet place. Next to a big shopping centre. Can't go wrong there. Not too far from airport or town, so quite easy get around.

Stayed here many times in last 6 years, but I have to say, the rooms are now dates and no cared for. Damaged and marked walls, 2 bedroom apartment only 1 bedroom gets air conditioning. Our shower was blocked, flooding the bathroom, shower head wasn’t working properly, reported it, nothing done. Staff are lovely, but it needs some TLC, as our company has stayed for many years, but it’s likely our last stay.

The service and staff were so lovely, rooms was clean and tidy but where the breakfast is the outside near the tables was rubbish and dirty so needs attention especially near food

Room smelt like mould musty from first moment of walking in the room. Could hardly breathe. Housekeeping came straight away and tried to help. Cleaned aircon unit and sprayed room. After showering the drain in front of the sink overflowed with water and covered entire bathroom then ran onto the carpet. Carpet smelt mouldy. Windows were filthy. No rooms to move into on first day but next day we were moved but only because I kept complaining and asked for a refund. Next minute they had another room for us. Young staff in reception tried to help. Manager not overly helpful or apologetic. Felt like we were an inconvenience. Will never stay there again. Whole building needs to be looked at by health department. Friends bathroom in unit was covered in mould. Disgusting.
