1性價比高，景區索道門口，早上錯峯是王道
2房間如攜程圖片，簡潔乾淨

4四樓客服阿姨很負責，積極滿足客人要求
5前台可以借滑沙板

不足，空調不能用，晚上還是有點熱

1、空調壞了，在晚上20多度的房間做桑拿，全程睡不着一直冒汗！
2、第二天一早維修空調人員未敲門，直接打開房間進來，毫無私隱可言
3、房間衞生一般
目前沒有住過這麼差的環境

沒有空調這真的是太太太離譜了，訂房時未有人及時告知，結果真的一晚上沒睡着，前台給了個電扇是壞的，衹有一檔能用，二檔三檔都是壞的……而且嘎吱嘎吱的響，一晚上炎熱到無法入睡，開窗也不通風，房間裏熱到無語……如果訂房時能夠有人告知的話絕對不會訂這個了

在這裏不得不表揚一下攜程客服小姐姐，我跟朋友到酒店附近已經是凌晨兩點多了，導航顯示我們已經在附近，但是由於天太黑，我們沒看到（實際上我們到的地方距離酒店走路還有七分鐘樣子），因為修路，去酒店的那段路封了，打酒店前台電話一直打不通，沒辦法我們衹能找攜程客服幫忙，客服估計也是打了好多電話沒人接，後來客服從其他住客那的評論圖片，跟我們説怎麼走，最後我們到了酒店應該是三點多一點了，到了後前台小姐姐去睡覺了，打了電話過來後服務態度也是非常讚的，我想説的是封路了酒店怎麼不弄個臨時告知牌放上面那個停車場？
