"This hotel is located right in Yuesha Island. We went to play in the morning and it was completely empty. The tent material is thick, there are no bugs, and it's very pretty. Step outside and you're in the desert, with great views everywhere. You can climb the sand dunes to watch the sunrise and sunset. It's just a short walk to the dining area, which has hotpot, BBQ, and lively activities. The starry sky at night is absolutely stunning. Highly recommend!"

"There seems to be a communication problem between departments. We tried to book a hotpot dinner for 6 people, but the front desk said it was fully booked for the evening. We left our number to be notified. Dinner starts at 6 PM, and by past 7 PM, we still hadn't received a call. So, we decided to go to the restaurant to check the situation. At the restaurant's reception, the staff asked how many people were in our party and said a 6-person table had just canceled its reservation, and they were about to call us. So, we went in. To our surprise, once inside, there were at least 6 or 7 empty tables for 6 people. We also noticed another 3 consecutive 6-person tables that were empty in another section. Additionally, several 4-person and 2-person tables were also empty. Yet, the front desk had claimed the hotpot was fully booked. Pictures confirm this. If all these empty tables were indeed reserved, why were they still available after 7 PM for a walk-in, while genuine customers like us were left waiting unnecessarily? What kind of reservation system do you have? If these tables weren't reserved, why were both the front desk and the gate staff telling everyone it was fully booked? Don't tell me these empty tables were just vacated by the previous wave of guests. One or two tables, maybe, but it's too much of a coincidence for 7 consecutive tables to have just left. I'm unsure if it's a management issue or if the staff were deliberately messing with customers, but the overall feeling was terrible. Next time I visit Xiangshawan, I definitely won't choose a hotel on the island again."

"The room with bunk beds was perfect for our two kids; they were very comfortable and happy with it. The hotel staff were incredibly thoughtful, making our check-in process smooth and effortless. The hotel's buffet was also excellent, with a wide variety of dishes that even our children found appealing. Getting to Yuesha Island from the hotel was super convenient, with a shuttle service always available. The kids absolutely loved all the water and amusement park rides at Yuesha Island and Xiansha Island. Our two-day, one-night stay was packed with activities!"

"1. The capsule felt nice and the experience was better than expected. It rained heavily with lightning on check-in day, making it a truly unforgettable experience. Lying in the capsule and listening to the rain outside was quite a feeling, though the rain stopped almost all the entertainment. 2. It's said that the area was originally desert, and years of sand control efforts have yielded the current results, which is quite impressive. 3. The downside is that the roads were quite bumpy, and the service needs improvement. It might also be because it's the off-season, so the staff were scarce."

"This was my first time glamping in a desert RV, and the experience was surprisingly good! The campsite is right on the edge of the desert, so in the evening, stepping outside, you're treated to a spectacular desert sunset. The RVs are new, with excellent hardware. The interior space is adequate, and the facilities are complete and clean, with great air conditioning. The campsite itself has comprehensive amenities, convenient parking, and is very close to the Xiangshawan Scenic Area. It was a unique accommodation experience, definitely worth trying with family. The only downside was the 'soft' aspect, which is likely due to it being privately owned, leading to a noticeable difference from chain hotel services. The staff's service needs improvement. When we checked in at the front desk, there was no one to greet us, and the owner was engrossed in a phone call even though we were right there. With no other guests around, we still waited nearly half an hour to check in, which was a bit of a negative experience."
