Overall it is OK. The special room I lived in was very large and spacious. The bedding was also changed for each guest (because the cover was wet when we checked in, it proved to be just changed). The front desk service is also very enthusiastic and needs to be solved in time. It is also very convenient to eat nearby. The only downside is that the air conditioner is also cooling and the noise is quite loud. The bath water is also hot and cold. But it does not affect the accommodation.

Facilities: Completely equipped, all hotel equipment is new, including a voice assistant, which is very convenient. Cleanliness: Excellent and clean. Environment: Nearby is the Children's Palace and City Park. Service: Friendly and helpful.

This time I really chose the right hotel, very close to Xiangsha Bay, it is especially easy to travel and play. The twin room is very spacious, the bed is very comfortable to sleep, and the rest is very stable at night. Free mineral water, kettle, small green plants are also placed on the table, and the details are in place. The floor facilities are also very practical, there is a laundry room on the first floor, and the fourth floor can be fitness and daily needs can be solved. The room was cleaned and the lighting was very good. It was not depressed to stay. The price/performance ratio did not have to be said. I will stay here again.

The location of this hotel is particularly good, the transportation is convenient, the surrounding dining and supermarkets are complete, and it is very convenient to travel and eat. The room was clean and odorless, the decoration was simple and atmospheric, the facilities were well maintained, and the air conditioning and network were stable. The cleaning was meticulous and in place, and the living was safe and comfortable. The hotel is quiet and not noisy as a whole, the rest quality is very high, the price is affordable, and the price is full compared. The service attitude is gentle and courteous, the overall experience exceeds expectations, and it is highly recommended to friends who come here!

The food at the hotel was excellent, and there were so many activities to enjoy. The VIP queue experience was also great. From a value-for-money perspective, even though it was expensive, I felt it was totally worth it. However, there were a few minor shortcomings: 1. A very small number of staff members tried to shirk responsibility. When we first returned to the hotel from Xiangshawan, the waiting area was completely empty. A drowsy older gentleman told us to just get on the next jeep that arrived. As soon as the jeep pulled up, about a dozen people appeared, led by a female staff member. She immediately started bossing us around, saying it was for *them* and that we should go queue up. I was quite annoyed and said that when we arrived, there was no one here, and now that *they* have arrived, we're suddenly told to queue up, meaning we'd be stuck behind these dozen-plus people and God knows how long we'd have to wait. Seeing my strong tone, this female staff member simply said, ”I don't know,” shrunk her neck, and stayed silent. She made no effort to help us or manage the other group, acting as if we should just sort it out ourselves. Fortunately, another vehicle arrived quickly, and the driver was excellent, immediately saying there was space for everyone and that there were plenty of cars. If it weren't for the good driver, and me being tired, I would have definitely noted down the employee number of that staff member who was so aggressive at first but then immediately cowered and dodged responsibility when faced with someone assertive. 2. The wait time for the small train shuttle to and from the room was very long. I suggest informing guests how long the wait will be. The first time we left, it arrived in about 2 minutes, so I assumed it would always be quick. The second time, I waited for ten minutes and it still hadn't arrived. Only after calling again was I told it would be another five minutes. I recommend informing guests of the expected wait time during the initial booking to help them decide whether to continue waiting. Furthermore, the so-called QR code reservation system was not user-friendly at all. You couldn't note the number of people, it didn't show how many people were ahead of you, and I didn't see any time advantage. I specifically took a photo of the QR code and made a reservation while I was in the lobby, but when I went upstairs, I was still behind people who only reported their room numbers to the staff *after* arriving upstairs. Overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives, and I definitely plan to come back in the summer.

We spent several days traveling in Inner Mongolia with our family, and stayed at this hotel one night. The hotel is located on a small alley, so it's a little hard to find, but it's not a problem following GPS. It looks like a new hotel; the facilities and equipment are quite new, and the staff were very friendly. Aside from the slightly out-of-the-way location, everything else was great. There's a huge parking lot in front of the hotel, so parking isn't a problem. There are also plenty of parking spaces nearby. This hotel is worth considering.

We checked in during the morning and the place was really lovely, super clean. For the same price point, this guesthouse's decor is truly excellent! Folks, this should be your top choice. Plus, there's a picking area in the yard with organic fruits, and we weighed some to eat on the road. There's a small restaurant across the street with food. We didn't get a chance to have breakfast, but the owner said it's a buffet. Their stir-fries are really good, made with their own vegetables – highly recommended!

This stay exceeded my expectations! The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and everything was made fresh to order and tasted delicious. The location is excellent, with countless restaurants, supermarkets, and malls right outside – it's super convenient for dining and shopping, making getting around a breeze. The room was clean and quiet, and the service was very attentive. Highly recommend!

The service attitude is five-star. The room is very good. I didn't expect to get such a high-end room in Ordos at this price. Although the breakfast is not many types, it is of high quality, including beef jerky, haggis noodles, and a laundry room for drying. It’s so convenient to travel with a baby. It’s the best hotel I’ve stayed in along the way. It makes me feel happy and so welcoming.

The beautiful proprietress is hospitable and the room is not enough. Considering our family outing, we upgraded the small courtyard for free. Special thanks. All questions are answered patiently. The service is given to five-star praise. The soundproofing of the room is a little bit worse. The sound next door is louder. Can be heard, breakfast is relatively simple, But for this distance from Xiangsha Bay, the hotel is very cost-effective!
