Although the breakfast is not many types, it is of high quality, including beef jerky, haggis noodles, and a laundry room for drying. It’s so convenient to travel with a baby. It’s the best hotel I’ve stayed in along the way. It makes me feel happy and so welcoming.

MM334430****I found this hotel by accident at first. After reading many people's reviews, I thought it should be good, so I booked three nights with trepidation. After arriving, I found that it is indeed very design-conscious and tasteful. The overall style is warm and gives people a very comfortable feeling. The lady at the front desk was very polite and considerate. When I came by plane, the lady at the front desk asked in advance if I needed to arrange a pick-up. After I arrived, she would also help me contact a taxi when I went out to do business. I will continue to choose this hotel next time I come.

GGuest UserI had an amazing experience at the Lotus Hotel in Inner Mongolia. It was all because of the help I received from the concierge.
I especially want to thank Room Concierge Han Chunjuan and Wang Yuyang, who took such great care of me during my stay. They were kind, thoughtful, and always one step ahead when it came to making sure I was comfortable. Their hospitality really made the experience feel special.

The lobby design was simple and elegant, the room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a wide view, with a stunning night view! I didn't expect it to be really better than expected, I hope not to increase the price.

GGuest UserHonestly 10/10 hotel for its pricing. I would honestly say that it's a 4 star hotel for a 3 star pricing. Breakfast was not stellar but the room was amazing. We also had some issues checking in with passports due to booking the room as foreigners, but the conflict was eventually resolved.
