頂級的硬件，負分的服務！所有服務員都非常冷漠，服務員間有嘮不完的嗑，玩不完的手機，離譜到有幾個服務員邊走路邊玩手機差點撞到我們～
真的是所有人都在摸魚，體驗感極差～
最離譜的是酒店來回兩個島和中轉站的吉普車，司機每一個都像社會閑散人員，竟然有抽着煙載我們回酒店的…還有客人下車還沒下完就着急開走的，跟客人搶道的…簡直不可思議，一個超五星的酒店，連洗浴中心的服務都不如…
投訴之後，接待投訴的經理也非常冷漠，真是馬爾代夫的價格還不如洗浴中心的服務…
餐廳吃自助也很離譜，服務員基本都玩手機，開餐後烤全羊不能給，要等18:30，但是羊已經切好擺上廚師也在旁邊了，不懂卡這個時間的意義是什麼，中國人還好説，不理解也接受了，有幾個外國友人，明顯聽不懂，店員一個英語溝通的沒有，眼看着老外在旁邊尷尬，沒有解決方案…反正絕對不會來第二次了

服務不錯 所有的吃喝都免費這一點很適合帶小朋友的
但室內泳池的環境不太符合這個價位的標準
最讚的是快速通道 完全不用排隊 和 幾天的自助餐很豐富
還是摺疊推薦的

響沙灣玩定的，住蓮花主打一個玩起來方便吧，吃的好玩的好，住就非常一般的體驗，其實帶娃玩沙的話如果要省一點非旺季住蓮花性價比不高，哈哈哈哈，因為玩的項目排隊的人也不算多

單論酒店房間而言比較小，價格非常高，但是到響沙灣玩入住蓮花酒店真的會讓行程的時間利用和舒適度得到非常大的提升。蓮花酒店會給入住的客人配戴VIP手環，可享用酒吧、咖啡廳的飲品和仙沙島上娛樂項目VIP通道，會省去很多排隊時間。酒店包含早、中、晚自助餐，菜品品質算不錯的。酒店活動也安排得豐富，清晨觀日出、晚上觀星、篝火晚會上的煙花秀也很美。入住一晚，上午到酒店辦入住後，就可以開始暢玩了，第二天中午退房後手環依然有效，可以繼續玩耍到下午離開。妥妥兩天一晚，沙漠之旅的體驗感滿滿。
