Best Customer service ever. 100% recommend this place to anyone going to Dalat. He is so friendly and everything is almost one stop service.
if you are fussy about the water pressure then that would be the only downside.

Hotel seems new and is still undergoing renovations- you can hear drilling daytime.
door room is pretty bad, has transparent glass, so you can’t get complete darkness at night due to light shining in the hallway.
Water is charged at 10k vnd, noodles 20k vnd. Soap not provided upon approval as well - so amenities wise do be prepared to bring your own. They do have pretty good wifi though.
Plus is the staff who has a good command of English and they gave us early check in around 11am upon arrival. Friendly and helpful too.
Would advise to clarify things before Paying/going through them for bikes and tours rental. Charged a bit higher than market rate (40% higher due to festive season owner quoted) and they asked for bike back earlier than expected (1.5 days instead of 48 hours rental).
