"I didn't take many photos, but my stay here was excellent. The staff were polite and always willing to help (carrying luggage, escorting me with an umbrella when it rained, helping with laundry, and even retrieving my bike from the parking lot). The grounds are aesthetically pleasing with a great view of the mountains and the valley. I also liked that the hotel has its own loyalty program. We chose a hotel from this chain again in another city. Having a free-to-use washer and dryer is incredibly convenient and practical."

"My mother and I had a wonderful birthday celebration at Hotel. This trip to dalat was a special gift for my mom's birthday, and the hotel helped me surprise her in the sweetest way. After checking in, I mentioned to the staff that it was my mom's birthday. To our surprise, when we returned to our room after an evening walk at the night market, there was a small birthday cake and a lovely card from the hotel. Though the gesture was simple, it deeply touched my mom. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had a great view overlooking the city. The hotel's location is ideal, being close to the city center and entertainment spots, making it easy for us to get around without spending too much time traveling. Thank you to the hotel for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely come back if we have the chance!"
