"The rooms here are very spacious and beautifully decorated, with photo opportunities everywhere. Plus, there's a swimming pool, but it was too cold to use. The staff are lovely. I'll definitely be back to stay here again next time. It's also easy to call for a taxi."

"Great hotel even though the swimming pool and gym are not completed but this does not impact our stay. Jade, the front desk staff whom we interacted most is polite and attentive. She is bright spot of our stay. There is room for improvement. The hotel seems to ignore guests who have checked out and waiting in the lobby for flight as flight time may be few hours later. Hotel should offer drinks (plain water would also be appreciated) or assistance to keep guests who have checked out and waiting for flights happy. End to end services are critical and not just during the stay."
