Amazing
BbufflordThe whole team lf staff were very welcoming and hospitable. They offer daily room cleaning at your request and the rooms are exactly as pictured in the listing. Comfortable, cosy, and there's a whole bunch of puppies and cats running around the premises doing their own thing 🥰
The fireplace was also a very lovely experience, where we got to chat with some other guests staying there.
Its like a 5-15 min grab ride from the hotel to almost everywhere we wanted to go to, and theres also food options nearby (walkable)
I usually like to try out different hotels when returning to the same city but I would probably come and choose to stay here again when I have the chance to come back 🫶🏻

I was ready for everything. But I really wanted to see the forest.
When I checked in, I realized how people overestimate themselves.
The hotel is very beautiful! You can feel the level. And for a very affordable price. A beautiful garden, forest and view of the lake. The room is simply royal. Beautiful furniture, lots of mirrors, a chic bathroom.
Excellent breakfast buffet. Meatballs, bacon and sausages, my favorite bo kho, lots of Asian dishes, porridge, fresh and stewed vegetables. Everything is delicious. Not overcooked, not oversalted.
I read in the reviews that someone did not have enough cheese and a variety of pastries ... for such a price you should not get them.
The girl at the reception gave me a room of a higher class upon check-in, which pleasantly surprised me.
The place is perfect for relaxation. Nearby are all the popular places of Dalat - a waterfall, a lavender field, a clay city and a beautiful lake.
If you are traveling in summer, take warm clothes. It is cool outside in the evening.

PPoon pmHotel provides buggy service to travel around hotel premise..service wise is great, staffs are friendly and responsive. The buggy guy even drove us around the hotel and showing us how beautiful the scenery. Thank you for the good service.
Hotel breakfast buffet is on par, many choices, taste wise is acceptable, however, the coffee is terrible, it was so tasteless and cold, not drinkable ..

SSobel PhangThe room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. Linh was really helpful and able to speak good English. We requested for extra pillows and Linh immediately send it up to our room. The balcony view was amazing, overlooking the city on one side and forest on the other side.
The area is rather quiet but we have no problem getting in and out by Grab. However the road leading towards hotel is probably under construction. There is a cute cafe named deer in the forest & dessert shop named NA & cakes that serves very affordable yet delicious cakes.
I would definitely come back again and gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family

In the case of Dalat, I want to give 5 points below the 10 points of travel overall and it would be better to travel locally in Korea

GGuest UserI'm happy with the hotel location but its safety is questionable. Firstly, there is only one lift which can be accessed from the garage unit next to the main entrance, which means anyone can just get to the lift without passing by the front desk. The lift also does not require door card so safety is a concern especially for solo travellers. It is easy to climb into the next unit's balcony, not only that, the room card also has the room number labelled on it which is also an unsafe practice... Not sure if other hotels in the area are also like this though

All interiors are antique and building is made by brick and woods so great atmosphere.
