11391143****Our three-day stay was excellent. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming; whenever we sat in the lobby area, they'd immediately bring us hot water! The breakfast selection changed daily, and the variety was good for the price. They even had a coffee bar where they'd make fresh coffee to order, and it was delicious! The room decor was very French and elegant. On our first night, we stayed in a room with a balcony. Although it was larger, it felt less private than the non-balcony room in the evening. They offered complimentary desserts every day, and the room was cleaned very well! The only downsides were that for some reason, our key card kept deactivating, and we had to go to the front desk multiple times to reset it – it felt like the access system was faulty! Also, the soundproofing was just okay; while the street wasn't noisy, other guests could be quite loud!

AAna_leela_gameI stayed at Hai Long Vuong Hotel for a few days, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is convenient, close to attractions, and the room had a nice view of the surroundings, which added to the relaxing atmosphere.
The staff deserves special mention for their kindness and support. I had an issue with my pre-booked **VIP Sleep Bus** transfer — the car didn’t arrive at the hotel as planned, which made me anxious about missing my bus. Thankfully, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help. They calmed me down, arranged alternative transportation, and ensured I reached the bus station on time. Their professionalism and care truly made a difference.
Despite the minor hiccup, I highly recommend this hotel for its cozy vibe, great service, and dedication to guest satisfaction. Thank you to the team for making my stay comfortable and stress-free!

NNurAliahAtiqahMy stay at Tulip Hotel 3 felt like finding a little hidden gem in Da Lat. The location was super convenient—close enough to the night market and main attractions, but still tucked away enough for some peace and quiet.
One of my favorite spots was the balcony. It had a small table and chairs with potted plants, overlooking the rooftops of Da Lat. In the morning, I’d sit there with a cup of tea, watching the clouds drift across the mountains and listening to the city slowly come alive. In the evening, the view was just as charming, with the cool breeze making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.
The room itself was clean, simple, and cozy—nothing overly fancy, but comfortable enough for a good night’s rest. The staff were warm and helpful, always ready with a smile and quick assistance whenever I needed directions or recommendations.
Overall, Tulip Hotel 3 was a great balance between comfort, location, and value. It felt homely and welcoming, making my Da Lat trip even more memorable. I’d happily stay here again the next time I’m back in town.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located at the end of an alley, is about 6 minutes walk from the main road. On the day for check in we arrived at about 12.30pm and was told the room was not ready, it will take about 30 minutes. We told the manager, Mr T we haven’t had lunch and he offered to buggy us a ride to the main road for meal. After lunch we took a walk back instead of getting him to pick us which he offered. Throughout our stay he was very warm and helpful. He speaks good English and very knowledgeable, it helps us to go about the tourist attractions. We enjoyed our stay, love the view of the hotel and the tip top service provided by Mr T. We will definitely stay here again if we do visit Dalat again. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

NNajeh YusriThe Manor Villa has given me a great experience overall as a first time traveller to Da Lat. For those who arrived earlier than the check in time, you can stay on the 1st floor until 2pm with a scenic views. We requested a free of charge honeymoon decoration and they fulfilled it wonderfully. The area was so quiet at night that you almost won’t hear any honk from the locals like you usually heard in the hustle & bustle of the city. The toilet window’s latch in our room was broken so we asked for a repair as we were worried about our safety, people might get into the room through the broken window, but gladly they attended to it at an instant. However, the room toilet was clogged, and the hot water didn’t really work well during our stay. Hopefully, the team can look into it and try to improve on the problem. For experience, I still recommend The Manor Villas to everyone, I’ve had my share of moments and would try other hotels in the same area if I were to go back to Da Lat next time. SsgdkhorThe hotel was beautifully designed. It was clean and comfortable. The room i’ve gotten was good enough. Youtube and Netflix available for you to connect. You can also rent their motorbikes for 150k, slightly pricier than others however you don’t have to worry about being scammed. But, please do your due diligence of checking the serviceability of the bike. Early booking comes with extra cost tho.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at La Yến Đà Lạt, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable parts of my trip to Đà Lạt. The hotel has a warm, homelike atmosphere that instantly makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. The design is charming—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with a lot of natural touches that match the peaceful vibe of the city.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Their hospitality truly made a difference. I especially want to give kudos to manager Minh. There was few issues during my last day, but Minh handled the service recovery with exceptional professionalism and kindness. His quick response and genuine care made the experience even better.
My room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful valley view. I especially loved the quiet surroundings—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring.
Highly recommended for both the beautiful property and the outstanding hospitality!

GGuest UserThe room is spacious and relatively clean, the price is reasonable, the parking space is quite inconvenient, if you have parked your car and another car arrives, the staff will ask you to get off to park again, my car is a Ranger so it is quite big compared to other cars, to avoid being called to bother my family, I parked on the sidewalk next to the hotel. The bathroom design is not very reasonable, every time I finish showering, the water overflows all over the bathroom, making it slippery.

YYOGI BHATTIt's a family run homestay. The location is very good but they do not have an elevator. So the guest has to fetch his luggage from the ground floor to the first or second floor on his own. We booked our room on the 2nd floor. So I had to literally drag our two big luggage from the ground floor up to the second floor. It was really horrible. They do not clean the room unless you request them. They have a very small standard room on the second floor without any balcony. But there is a common balcony facing mountains. You can sit there and enjoy it. You must hire a motorbike if you wish to go to the city on your own. This hotel is located up on the hillside. You can book a cab or a motorbike on the grab application from your mobile phone. There are far better hotels available in the Da Lat city with much better amenities.
