I left a special request, and it was really nice that they allowed me to check in before 2 o'clock. When I told her it was my mom's birthday, she brought me a birthday cake, and when I told her where I wanted to go, she connected me with a private taxi. The price was reasonable and good. The massage was pricey, but it was private and nice. The walking course was nice as it was next to a large lake and flower garden.
It was so good so far...
The guest in the next room must have been drinking a lot (to the point of suspected drug use) and it was so loud (music, laughing, talking, screaming, constant moaning, etc.) that I woke up in the early morning, but I endured it and fell asleep while listening to music loudly through my earphones. There was no soundproofing at all, but I thought it was because the 3-person room I booked was a connecting room and was blocked from the room next door by a single door.
When I spoke to the reception the next day, they said they had complained about other rooms as well and apologized for warning me. I asked when the room next door would check out and they said it would be the next day, so I asked to change my room and they said it was impossible. I just said I would caution you again...
And the noise continued from 9pm that night to 7am the next morning, so I had to turn on the music and go to sleep.
I was taking my mom on a birthday trip, so we decided on a quiet lakeside resort away from the city, but I was so upset.
Mindless guests may be a problem, but I was also disappointed that they gave me a connecting room where I could hear everything, and I was dissatisfied that no action was taken, such as changing the room the next day.
There were a lot of things I was grateful for, so I left feedback on what I was disappointed with in the hope that it would improve.
