3-Star Hotels in Dalat

This hotel deserves a 10 out of 10! Everything is absolutely perfect. From the very first moment, you can tell they poured their heart and soul into this place. The room was spotlessly clean, fresh, and literally sparkling. A huge thank you to the staff for such a high standard and care for their guests. The room was very bright, spacious, and incredibly cozy—so much so that I didn't want to leave. A special pleasant surprise was the projector in the room—it made the evenings especially atmospheric. The large balcony with a stunning view of the city has become one of my favorite spots, and the sunsets from there are simply unforgettable. Breakfast—a wide selection of dishes, everything fresh and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I will definitely come back again and will gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Traveling with two friends, we arrived late in the evening and the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, offering us welcome drinks and towels. The room was spacious, the bedding was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and it was by far the cleanest and tidiest hotel we stayed in during our ten days in Vietnam. Housekeeping was provided daily. Plus, the hotel breakfast was absolutely delicious! 👍🏻 The only downside was the soundproofing in rooms near the restaurant, which was a bit poor; we could sometimes hear people talking next door.

The garden was decorated so beautifully, the breakfast the next day was so delicious, and the staff was so kind and helpful when I went back to Nha Trang, so I took a van back to Nha Trang. My suitcase was very heavy on the way back. It was a memorable act of kindness from the staff who kept listening to me. It's quiet so it's a great place to stay.

I arrived at the hotel before 6 AM because my bus arrived early, and the gate was closed. As soon as I contacted them via WhatsApp, they responded immediately and even allowed me to freshen up. Although the official check-in time is 2 PM, they kindly let me check in at 12 PM. Both receptionists were extremely polite and helpful. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. There are plenty of food options within a 5-minute walk, and the hotel is only 10–15 minutes from Xuan Huong Lake and the night market. Overall, an excellent stay—I would definitely choose this place again when I return to Dalat!

The apartment is tastefully decorated, with great lighting and ventilation. It's fully furnished, perfect for both work and vacation. It's conveniently located near the city center with easy access to transportation. There are plenty of great food options nearby. The morning sun on the balcony is incredibly pleasant.

Unnecessarily inconvenient. I rate the 4person room with balcony. Pro: The place ist nice and quiet, feels luxurious, good bedsheets, nice sunset view. Some piano (tv) sound comes from the lobby. Nice Ambiente. Good value for the price. This is not the city center, you take a grab to go somewhere, place can be found as ”d house” on Google maps easily. Many power outlets, space, tables and some chairs and 2 mirrors in the room. The bedsheets are thick, only 2 sheets for 4 persons but I guess it's for couples. Con: The indoor slippers hurt my feet with every step, there are many steps to level -2. Cannot take them off because the floor is cold. When going to toilet or shower, you must bring the toiletpaper, towel, shampoo clothes etc from your room, lock your room, bring your keys, ... *** you need an orgachart and checklist just for taking a poop. Light cannot be switched from bed, and when entering the room you must first reach behind the door. After 8pm you need to fiddle a bit to open the gate. No wifi information stored in the app or in the room. Super Inconvenient, hire someone to improve the flow(i.e. japanese person)!

The apartment is nice , but you would like to clean up better and replace some elements (they are tired of time)

Расположение в конце узкого и длинного переулка. Парковка на 2 машины всего. Виды на теплицы) Завтрак делают под заказ: не наешься как в привычном шведском столе. Полотенца нормальные можно попросить - принесут. Кондиционер только охлаждает, отопления нету никакого. Одну ночь было +6, нам принесли доп одеяла по просьбе.

My friends and I stayed here for 6 days for a wedding. The room itself is spacious, with a beautiful view outside. The bed was comfortable, and big. Really appreciated that. The cleaning staff were so helpful and quick to any requests I had. The request I did have often was to clean my bathroom floor as the water comes out the drain in the shower and to the whole floor of the bathroom, going to the drain by the toilet. The staff said this is a common issue as the hotel is old. So they mentioned that it can be cleaned when I needed it and it was so problem averted, however it can be inconvenient if you don't have the patience for this. Esp at night if you want to have a late shower, you will walk on a wet floor after that in the bathroom. My friends however in the 3 other rooms, did not have this issue. It was only my room. The hotel is very beautiful and the aesthetics do make you feel like you are in some olden royal venue. Note, there is no conditioner in the bathroom, which is common in Vietnam, ensure you carry this, it is not easy to find outside quickly. There are local coffee shops, restaurants and laundry services in and out the hotel. At the hotel they were quick and affordable for laundry. There are no other facilities at the hotel.

Receptionist is very efficient & courteous. Spacious reception & dining area. Room is clean & tidy, but small (no chair, one has to use the bed as chair for the table). Toilet is clean, tidy & quite spacious. However, one of the holder of toilet bowl lid is broken. Facilities inside room: water boiling kettle, wifi, TV (no channel & no remote control), hot shower, toiletries like liquid soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, ear cotton buds, shaver, standing fan, slippers, etc. No hair hairdryer. Nice comfortable bed & pillows. Complementary 2 bottled water, 2 sachets of coffee & 2 tea bags per day. Cafes & restaurants nearby. Safe area. Only complaint: as most hotel in Vietnam, the door & wall of the room are quite thin, & if there is noise from the walkway outside the room, it can be heard very clearly from the room (noise from other hotel guests or room cleaner in the morning). The cleaner will shout from room to room in the morning asking for room cleaning service & this will disturb sleeping guests. When there is no answer, the cleaner will assume that there is no guests inside the room & will open the door using the masterkey. This is not the correct way to do the daily room cleaning service! The management of the hotel should buy tags (request for room-cleaning or do-not-disturb tag) that can be hanged on door knobs as done in many hotels.
