Stay here for 3-4 nights but not satisfied with the equipment, hotel 4 * but let guests walk up and down from the 3-4th floor because the elevator is too old and stuck??
Check-out has 3 dirty towels surcharge 800k, according to the reception, both ks have 1 bed size 1m6 cramped for 2 people. Farewell no see you again

Stayed there for 1 night. Very disappointed. I don't mind the furnishings not being new but the hotel rooms are not cleaned. Linens, and surfaces have not been appropriately cleaned in a long time. The air con was central air con system and there was a fan aimed directly at the bed. Upon entering the lobby, staffs are not welcoming. Since the location of the hotel is located at the central area, the hotel can get busy, especially with the group tour. We were disturbed by the group tour around 4AM. It was super noisy since the Front desk was informed but no action was taken, only said: "Sorry" without empathy. The staffs were busy with their phone. Breakfast had very poor presentation. Service staffs gathered around, talking, using their phones, drinking coffee/tea and blocked the ways too. Throughout the breakfast, only 1 male staff (Mr. Quang Vinh) was busy and assisting the guests. The hotel signage showed "Since 1932" but the it has lost its glory.

베트남 지인들이 워낙에 달랏 달랏하여서, 이번 기회에 큰맘 먹고 달랏 여행을 하였는데, 오랜역사를 가진 호텔이라 하여 아주 큰 기대를 하고 예약을 했다. 호텔 입구에 들어서는 순간 잘못된 선택이 었다는 것을 느낀게, 차에서 내리는데 앞에서 인사와 안내를 해야할 직원이 데스크뒤에서 핸드폰으로 영상을 보고 있었다. 눈도 마주치지 않는다. 호텔입구에는 별을 4개나 자랑스럽게 붙여두고, 1932년에 개관했다는 문구도 있었다. 로비에 들어왔는데, 많은 직원들이 있었다. 기억에 최소 4명은 주변에 있었지만 모두 핸드폰만 보고 있었다. 데스크로 가니 이제 겨우 영혼 없는 서비스 안내를 받는다. 객실 배정을 단체 관광객들 중간에 배정하여 왔다 갔다는 인기척에 소음으로 힘들었다. 직원들의 센스는 기대하지 않는게 좋은 듯. 다음날 조식당에서도 직원들이 하나같이 "귀찮게 하지 마라 밥이나 먹고 얼른 나가라" 라는 표정이 가득하다. 한쪽에 직원들리 모여서 잡담하고 차 마시고, 커피마시고 자기들 끼지 아주 바쁘다. 더이상 있고 싶지 않아 얼른 체크 아웃 했다.
