"Absolutely loved it! Brand new hotel with the friendliest staff! If you are looking for a place to stay in Da Lat, just book this hotel (at 11 Phan Nhu Thach). It’s amazing and totally worth the money! *Great Location: Super convenient! It’s surrounded by tons of places to eat, and you can easily walk to Da Lat Market and the Hoa Binh area. No need to worry about traffic or catching a taxi. *Super New Rooms: I checked in just 2 days after their opening, so everything was untouched and sparkling clean! The furniture and amenities are modern and high-quality. Definitely book the room with the bathtub—it’s perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking. *Nice Little Details: The balcony has an automatic watering system, and there are 3 elevators so you never have to wait long. The fire safety system feels very professional and safe. Also, for those riding motorbikes, the parking basement slope is gentle and super easy to drive down. *Amazing Staff: The service here is top-notch. Everyone—from the luggage guard and parking staff to the housekeepers—is polite and always greets you with a warm smile. Big thanks to the front desk team who were incredibly cheerful and welcoming from check-in until the moment we got into our car to leave. Special shout-out to Mr. Tu for being so helpful and sweet! *Price: Very reasonable price for such a premium experience. 11/10! I will definitely come back next time I’m in Da Lat!"

"Mơ Stay is the perfect retreat for anyone seeking peace and quiet and a connection with nature. Although it's about a 30-40 minute drive from Da Lat city center, this minor inconvenience is more than compensated for by its stunning location amidst lush green pine hills. The air is fresh, and the atmosphere truly embodies relaxation. What impressed me most was the staff's friendliness and enthusiasm. From the front desk and housekeeping to the electric car driver, everyone was charming, welcoming, and always ready to assist guests. Their genuine care made me feel right at home. The rooms are clean, and the environment is peaceful. Waking up in the middle of a pine forest in the morning is incredibly refreshing. If being close to the city center isn't your top priority and you're looking for a relaxing getaway to enjoy nature, Mơ Stay is definitely worth experiencing. The only minor downside is that the resort currently doesn't offer laundry service, which might be a bit inconvenient for guests staying for several days. However, given the quality of the accommodation and the dedication of the staff, it's still a place I'd happily return to."

"A truly memorable stay at The Mist Boutique Hotel Dalat! 🌿 The hotel has a beautiful and clean space, ideal for a relaxing getaway in Da Lat. What impressed me most was the delicious and diverse breakfast, which was very thoughtfully prepared. In particular, the staff were super enthusiastic, friendly, and welcoming, always assisting guests with a very pleasant attitude, making me feel as comfortable as if I were at home. Overall, everything was great and exceeded my expectations. "Pros: It's a small standalone villa on a hillside, offering an expansive view of Da Lat from the garden. The outdoor garden and the two public lounges were the most satisfying aspects. The staff immediately helped with luggage upon arrival and provided service with a smile. Cons: The room was small and had no balcony. The hot water system was very unstable; it needed to be continuously on, otherwise there would be no hot water. After one person showered, another had to wait a while, which was a significant drawback in Da Lat's 15-degree Celsius nights. I contacted the front desk to explain the issue and requested staff to check it when I was out the next day. However, at 10 AM the next morning, a male engineer first knocked loudly, then directly swiped his card and entered the room without any prior phone call or communication! I don't understand what the in-room phone is for, nor how internal communication works. At this point, my experience was at its lowest. I had previously encountered hot water issues at the newly opened M-series in Hanoi, and this was the second time. I'm puzzled how this hotel earned its five-star rating. Both the hardware and software, inside and out, and down to the details, are at best comparable to a HUAZHU JI Hotel. While a lot of effort is evident in the decor and public areas, the subpar basic infrastructure is truly disappointing. The hotel has no restaurant and does not offer breakfast. Only coffee and tea can be ordered in the lounge area. To eat, one has to walk to a nearby cafe or drive to the city, which is very inconvenient. Finally, I'd like to thank Trip.com customer service for actively following up, handling the complaint, and arranging a refund, especially when the hotel was slow to respond. I always choose Trip.com because I feel secure knowing there's always someone to back me up."

"The hotel is right in the heart of Dalat, yet the panoramic views from the windows make you feel like you're out in the countryside! The enormous bed and spacious terrace are 100% highlights of this room and hotel. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are super-friendly. We loved it!"

"My family stayed in two 'Superior no window' rooms, which were quite affordable compared to other room types. The rooms were also spacious, tidy, and clean. Each room was provided with two large glass bottles of water, which was convenient. The only downside was that the breakfast buffet had limited options, and the food was just okay. Oh, and there's a free photo booth in the lobby, with two prints per room. The staff were enthusiastic and friendly. We had a slight issue with paperwork during check-in, but they tried their best to assist us. The soundproofing in the rooms was also decent. We also stayed in a 'Premier with window' room, but the window couldn't be opened. The view of Da Lat night market wasn't noisy at all."

"I have to commend the service at this hotel; it was incredibly heartwarming throughout my entire stay. From the moment I was guided in to checking in, every staff member was enthusiastic, friendly, and provided meticulous and thoughtful service. The room decor was very well-considered, with excellent natural light and ventilation. The hardware facilities were meticulously maintained; the air conditioning, lighting, and electrical appliances all worked perfectly. The public areas were clean and elegant, and the lounge areas were comfortable. During my stay, all my daily needs were promptly addressed, and their professionalism was evident in every detail. The accommodation environment was quiet and pleasant, completely undisturbed by external noise, making for an exceptionally comfortable stay. It was a very enjoyable experience."
