Absolutely loved it! Brand new hotel with the friendliest staff! If you are looking for a place to stay in Da Lat, just book this hotel (at 11 Phan Nhu Thach). It’s amazing and totally worth the money! *Great Location: Super convenient! It’s surrounded by tons of places to eat, and you can easily walk to Da Lat Market and the Hoa Binh area. No need to worry about traffic or catching a taxi. *Super New Rooms: I checked in just 2 days after their opening, so everything was untouched and sparkling clean! The furniture and amenities are modern and high-quality. Definitely book the room with the bathtub—it’s perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking. *Nice Little Details: The balcony has an automatic watering system, and there are 3 elevators so you never have to wait long. The fire safety system feels very professional and safe. Also, for those riding motorbikes, the parking basement slope is gentle and super easy to drive down. *Amazing Staff: The service here is top-notch. Everyone—from the luggage guard and parking staff to the housekeepers—is polite and always greets you with a warm smile. Big thanks to the front desk team who were incredibly cheerful and welcoming from check-in until the moment we got into our car to leave. Special shout-out to Mr. Tu for being so helpful and sweet! *Price: Very reasonable price for such a premium experience. 11/10! I will definitely come back next time I’m in Da Lat!

Great location, but all the windows face a noisy street. It was convenient for us for a 3-night stay to get around. The obvious downside is that there's no safe in the room. Also, there's a window in the bathroom and a frosted window between the room and the bathroom, which means the room gets bright at dawn despite the curtains on the other window.

Hotel Colline Dalat is an excellent place to stay in the heart of the city. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Dalat Market and within walking distance to many restaurants, cafés, and attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a pleasant stay. The staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. The breakfast offers a good variety of delicious choices. Overall, it is a great hotel with good service, a perfect location, and a comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dalat.

Unfortunately, my experience did not match the expectations. The first room I received had serious cleanliness and maintenance issues, including dampness and visible mold. I spent a significant amount of time communicating with the hotel and viewing several replacement rooms before finally being offered a cleaner room. I appreciate that the staff eventually tried to resolve the situation, but the process was time-consuming and affected both my trip and my companion’s experience. I hope the hotel can improve its overall room maintenance and quality control so future guests do not encounter the same situation.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, the location is very convenient and close to many places, and the breakfast selection was quite complete with many options. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. However, the female receptionist was not very friendly and seemed less welcoming during check-in. I hope the hotel can improve the hospitality service in the future.

Location was excellent as it was walking distance to the night market. Plenty of shops and eateries around the area, but can be a bit noisy with the activities downstairs. Most important, this hotel has a lift, so easy for guest with luggage to haul. Rooms without air-condition, comes with a stand fan but bearable as the weather in Feb is cooling. The location is fantastic, really close to the city center, which made it super convenient for walks and exploring the lakeside. It was clean and hygienic, and the front desk staff were very helpful. Excellent value for money! If you're in Da Lat, you absolutely have to check out the coffee shops! Spending an afternoon there, just relaxing and admiring the mountain views, is incredibly refreshing.

The hotel is very cozy, European style, everything is clean and comfortable, the location is super, everything is nearby, I definitely recommend it

I stayed for 3 nights from Jan 21st to 24th. On the day I checked in, I thought I had lost 700,000 Vietnamese Dong somewhere between Ho Chi Minh City and the hotel, and had completely forgotten about it. However, later the reception desk handed me an envelope containing 700,000 Dong, saying it was money I had dropped during check-in. Thanks to them, I was able to use it for my travel expenses, which was great. Thank you!

The furnishings seem quite new. Great amendities like kettle and hairdryer, and the bed and duvet/pillows were bery comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.
