Hotels in Dalat City Center, Dalat

Location is quiet and in Dalat Golf Valley which is also near to Dalat City Center. Room is spacious. Htel rental for motobike is cheap at VND110k/day. There is lounge area for eating and drinking which used to be the coffee area. A comfortable stay.

Great hotel with an excellent location (next to the night market and the lake) and a good price! We've used this chain in several cities in Vietnam already! The garden inside the hotel, the sauna, and the pool are an added bonus!

Spent two nights in the family room with a friend, the room is really spacious for two people (probably a bit tight for four tho), the bathroom and the shower are big and clean with just a little mold on the bathroom ceiling. The hotel is quiet, good location and the staff is really nice and helpful, they clean the rooms everyday and it's possible to rent scooters from them, they also kept our luggage after check out. Only complaint would have to be the towels, they're clean but so old and used they have many holes, kind of look like a dog chewed them a lot, I think it might be time for them to get new towels. Extremely good value for the price!!

We stayed at this hotel for one night and chose the largest room for a couple – the executive room. The hotel's location is excellent, and the staff are friendly. However, for a room of this caliber, it was very old. The plumbing and floors were dirty, and the bed linen had stains. The room desperately needs renovation and a deep clean. We understand that cleanliness standards in Asia can be different, but this was genuinely unpleasant. You could clearly hear people using the toilet in the next room, and from 4 AM onwards, there were various noises that made it impossible to sleep – construction, barking dogs, and car horns. On top of that, groups of locals were walking around late at night, trying to take pictures at the nearby attraction. The only positive is the location. If you want to get a good night's sleep, choose another hotel.

I had a wonderfully relaxing and pleasant stay here. The apartment was spotless, well-ventilated, and created a very inviting atmosphere. It was fully equipped with everything from daily essentials to various appliances, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. The staff were warm and friendly, always quick to assist whenever I had questions. Plus, the excellent location was a major bonus, offering easy access to entertainment, dining, and shopping. I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would definitely return if I have the chance in the future.

Location great as close to lake and central part of town. Public areas bright abd well kept. Breakfast choice limited, particularly for fruit, considering that a lot of fruit is grown in the region. Room was tired and in need of refurbishment. Room also smelled a bit stale I suspect it might have been the bedding. My ”city view” room had a view of some ramshackle flat rooftops! Summary: a functional hotel in a good location for exploring Da Lat but the room was nothing special.

I prefer to leave good reviews, so I'll start with the good. The hotel is very beautiful, the building is new, all the furniture is new, the renovation is excellent. But I would also like to mention the negative aspects. Firstly, we were offered a room that was not in the photo when booking. The administrator explained that the photo was a more expensive room. The second point is that the hotel clearly lacks staff. The administrator is almost always absent from the reception, and the staff only speaks Vietnamese. The cleaning in the rooms is done nominally: the floor is clean, the linen is also clean, but no one even thinks to wipe the thick layer of dust. There are cups in the room, but there is no kettle, so finding hot water in the evening was quite problematic, considering that there are no cafes in the hotel or neighboring buildings. Already leaving the hotel, we found several kettles in the basement and were able to drink tea before leaving. I don't know who they were intended for, but there was no one to ask, since, as I said earlier, the hotel staff was absent. There was also a problem with a non-working refrigerator, but on the way out of the hotel we met a smart employee who solved it very quickly. Actually, there is a feeling that he is the only one working there. All the problems listed above can be easily solved, and if this is done, the hotel would be very good. But the main and unsolvable problem is soundproofing. We booked the hotel for the weekend, and it was impossible to sleep from Saturday to Sunday because of the terrible noise. Although from Sunday to Monday we woke up only a few times, because almost all the rooms were free. We would not rent this hotel a second time and we will not recommend it to friends either. Although it is a pity, because the hotel is really beautiful, new, with good repairs, a large beautiful hall, spacious rooms, but little things spoil the whole impression.

the location is good, its near every tourist spot. room was well-maintained, met my cleanliness expectations. staffs speaks english and are very friendly - breakfast is 💯 - hotel city view is stunning - complete toiletries, hair dryer is available too i requested for a room with a great view and so room is facing the main road. the noise is tolerable for me, but if youre light sleeper request a different room. while exploring the city i noticed that most of the hotels are along the main road so prob there would be noise
