Spent two nights in the family room with a friend, the room is really spacious for two people (probably a bit tight for four tho), the bathroom and the shower are big and clean with just a little mold on the bathroom ceiling. The hotel is quiet, good location and the staff is really nice and helpful, they clean the rooms everyday and it's possible to rent scooters from them, they also kept our luggage after check out. Only complaint would have to be the towels, they're clean but so old and used they have many holes, kind of look like a dog chewed them a lot, I think it might be time for them to get new towels. Extremely good value for the price!!

Absolutely loved it! Brand new hotel with the friendliest staff! If you are looking for a place to stay in Da Lat, just book this hotel (at 11 Phan Nhu Thach). It’s amazing and totally worth the money! *Great Location: Super convenient! It’s surrounded by tons of places to eat, and you can easily walk to Da Lat Market and the Hoa Binh area. No need to worry about traffic or catching a taxi. *Super New Rooms: I checked in just 2 days after their opening, so everything was untouched and sparkling clean! The furniture and amenities are modern and high-quality. Definitely book the room with the bathtub—it’s perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking. *Nice Little Details: The balcony has an automatic watering system, and there are 3 elevators so you never have to wait long. The fire safety system feels very professional and safe. Also, for those riding motorbikes, the parking basement slope is gentle and super easy to drive down. *Amazing Staff: The service here is top-notch. Everyone—from the luggage guard and parking staff to the housekeepers—is polite and always greets you with a warm smile. Big thanks to the front desk team who were incredibly cheerful and welcoming from check-in until the moment we got into our car to leave. Special shout-out to Mr. Tu for being so helpful and sweet! *Price: Very reasonable price for such a premium experience. 11/10! I will definitely come back next time I’m in Da Lat!

Just a stunning hotel, there is everything necessary and even more: very clean, all new, we had a room with a balcony and view to the city 😍 Every day they brought clean towels and all the things The location is also perfect - all nearby, cafes, restaurants, markets, embankment There is a boiler in the bathroom, there is always hot water. No pleasure, the smell is pleasant everywhere Very recommend this hotel 😍

I stayed for 3 nights from Jan 21st to 24th. On the day I checked in, I thought I had lost 700,000 Vietnamese Dong somewhere between Ho Chi Minh City and the hotel, and had completely forgotten about it. However, later the reception desk handed me an envelope containing 700,000 Dong, saying it was money I had dropped during check-in. Thanks to them, I was able to use it for my travel expenses, which was great. Thank you!

We had a great stay at the Silent Night in Da Lat. The service was very nice and the location is great for exploring the city. Rented a scooter nearby for more flexibility. Highly recommend!

The staff were all friendly, and the room was well-equipped with a fridge, fan, iron, hairdryer, and a TV (with YouTube access), which was more than I expected for the price. The only downside was that the bath towels and bath mat were very old and unhygienic, making me reluctant to use them. I hope this one issue can be improved.

Good hotel/homestay at cheap price (my room was about USD 11/night, all-in, booking via Trip.com). Male receptionist/owner is very helpful & courteous. Room is quiet, clean, tidy & spacious. No smell. Toilet is clean, tidy & spacious as well. Facilities inside room: hair dryer, water boiling kettle, wifi, hot shower, toiletries like shampoo (sachets), comb, toothbrushes, etc. Nice comfortable beds & pillows. Complementary 2 bottled water. Plenty of cafes & restaurants nearby. Safe area. Motorbikes available for rent for 100k VND/24-hr (minimum rental of 24-hr, thereafter day can be 1/2 day). Slight complaint: 1. The glass part of the door need curtain as day time light shining through the glass affect those who need to wake up late. 2. It will also be good if there is TV & complimentary sachets of coffee/tea.

I booked this hotel because I wanted to experience the night market view. Mr. Pham Phu Dong checked me in. I asked for a room with a great view and they gave me one with a panoramic view. The view was so amazing that pictures don't do it justice. Maybe I was lucky, but my room and bathroom were also very clean. My family are heavy sleepers, so a little noise wasn't a problem for us. We expected it to be noisy since it's right in front of the main night market square, so it was actually fine. Plus, the beautiful view made us overlook the noise. We might have also been very tired. I even wondered if the shower filter had changed. It wasn't as bad as some reviews suggested. However, the breakfast rumors were true 😂😅. There was nothing really worth eating. You'd be better off taking a Grab to get some delicious food and then starting your day. Dalat has so many amazing food options! The best thing at breakfast was the fruit juice. It was a passion fruit juice, so delicious I wanted to buy some. I asked, and they said it's made with real fruit... no wonder it tasted so different from what you get elsewhere! 👍🏻👍🏻 So, I think we had at least 5 glasses of passion fruit juice for breakfast. 👍🏻👍🏻 It was also great that it was close not only to the night market but also to the traditional market. The traditional market really changes from morning to afternoon. In the morning, where vegetables were sold, you could find clothes or accessories later, and they also seemed to sell simple porridge and noodles. Make sure to visit the traditional market side, not just the night market. Every alley truly gives off that authentic Vietnamese Dalat vibe. Great location, but all the windows face a noisy street. It was convenient for us for a 3-night stay to get around. The obvious downside is that there's no safe in the room. Also, there's a window in the bathroom and a frosted window between the room and the bathroom, which means the room gets bright at dawn despite the curtains on the other window.
