"The location is excellent, right by the main road making transportation very convenient. There's also a plaza/large supermarket next door, and it's only a 15-minute walk to the night market. However, the hotel photos are a bit misleading compared to reality. I thought there would be a bathtub based on the pictures, but there wasn't. Plus, the shower pressure was weak and the water temperature was hard to control, which was a bit disappointing."

"Receptionist is very efficient & courteous. Spacious reception & dining area. Room is clean & tidy, but small (no chair, one has to use the bed as chair for the table). Toilet is clean, tidy & quite spacious. However, one of the holder of toilet bowl lid is broken. Facilities inside room: water boiling kettle, wifi, TV (no channel & no remote control), hot shower, toiletries like liquid soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, ear cotton buds, shaver, standing fan, slippers, etc. No hair hairdryer. Nice comfortable bed & pillows. Complementary 2 bottled water, 2 sachets of coffee & 2 tea bags per day. Cafes & restaurants nearby. Safe area. Only complaint: as most hotel in Vietnam, the door & wall of the room are quite thin, & if there is noise from the walkway outside the room, it can be heard very clearly from the room (noise from other hotel guests or room cleaner in the morning). The cleaner will shout from room to room in the morning asking for room cleaning service & this will disturb sleeping guests. When there is no answer, the cleaner will assume that there is no guests inside the room & will open the door using the masterkey. This is not the correct way to do the daily room cleaning service! The management of the hotel should buy tags (request for room-cleaning or do-not-disturb tag) that can be hanged on door knobs as done in many hotels."

"The location is great, right next to Xuan Huong Lake, so it feels like nowhere is too far away. Da Lat is relatively small, so taxis are easy to get around. The hotel's public facilities are also okay. The downside is that for this price—around 250 RMB per night, which is quite expensive in Da Lat—the soundproofing in the hotel room is terrible. It's practically non-soundproof. Around 9 PM, people started checking out, and the cleaning noises were completely audible. The first night, the TV next door was also very loud; they were watching a game. The bedding and room size are okay. The room isn't very big; it's about right for one person, but a bit cramped for two. My room type was clean and tidy, and the facilities were relatively new, so I'd still give it an overall 3.5 stars."

"I tried two different rooms: the one in the basement and the most expensive one. Honestly, the most expensive room turned out to be the most unpleasant. The walls were a bit worn, plus there are many windows that are hard to curtain, and the wind howls loudly when it passes through the cracks (the whistling makes it hard to sleep). The basement room was the quietest and most comfortable for sleeping. The only downside there is the lack of light. But for its price-to-quality ratio, this hotel is simply the best! I really liked it there – I'll definitely be back. By the way, you can rent a scooter there for 100k per day. The towels and linen are fresh, and the hot water has good pressure. There's instant noodles and soda in the room in case you arrive late. I booked the large room for 1350₽ and the basement room for 850₽."

"Great budget option in Dalat. Staff is really friendly and always available. Rooms on the fifth floor offer a wonderful view on the city, especially nice at night. Internet works well, rooms have a fan and housekeeping is done whenever you ask for it. Only problem was hot water in the bathroom: it was lukewarm at best. Overall good experience 👍"

"My recent trip was a 4-day, 3-night stay at this hotel for less than 900k VND, and the service was excellent and super convenient. For that price, they still refilled the water regularly, cleaned the place, even arranged a motorbike rental… basically everything was perfect. Initially, I planned to book from August 11th to 14th, but due to work commitments, I wanted to postpone it to August 12th to 15th. I messaged the hotel through their Facebook page and received enthusiastic support. Checking in early didn't incur any extra charges because the hotel had rooms available that day. The check-out process was simple and straightforward. The rooms were clean and tidy; I will definitely return!"
