"The apartments are located just a few minutes' walk from the Dalat Market, Xuan Huong Lake, and the Hoa Binh area. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable for a family, and the kitchen came in very handy. The staff were responsive and helped us book a trip to Langbiang Mountain with a visit to a coffee farm. The transfer arrived on time, and the itinerary was clear, relaxed, and well-organized, making our stay a pleasant experience without any hassle or unpleasant delays."

"I had a wonderful stay at Signature The Central Da Lat by M Village! The location is unbeatable, just a 5 to 8-minute walk to Da Lat Market, making it incredibly easy to explore the area. Plus, getting a 20% discount on Grab rides to and from the hotel (I think it’s thanks to a partnership between M Village and Grab) was a fantastic added perk. The hotel is brand new, and it shows. My room was spotless, fresh, and beautifully decorated with an elegant touch. I also love the amenities provided, especially having access to washing machines and dryers on-site, a signature M Village standard I’ve come to appreciate since my previous stay at their Da Nang property. What really made the experience exceptional was the top-notch service. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. Knowing my flight wasn't until late evening, they kindly offered me a complimentary late check-out at 3 PM instead of the standard 12 PM, which made my departure day so stress-free. A big shoutout to Ms. Huyền for her warmth and exceptional hospitality throughout my stay! Considering the prime location, room quality, and outstanding service, the price was surprisingly affordable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Lat!"

The front desk staff were enthusiastic and efficient during check-in, and patiently answered all my questions. The hotel's location is convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining options nearby. The facilities are well-maintained, and the hot water in the bathroom was consistent. The only minor drawback is that the soundproofing in the hallway isn't great. Overall, it offers good value for money and is a suitable choice for travel. "The room is very nice, clean, and the furnishings are brand new. The location is convenient for getting around, but the service needs significant improvement. The check-in process took longer than necessary. Normally, checking in elsewhere never takes me more than 10 minutes to complete the formalities, but here it was quite slow. It was already past 8 PM at that point, and I subtly mentioned to my husband that I was hungry, yet the staff member was still rather sluggish. The procedures should be streamlined, as the staff member was simply reading information off a paper anyway. I messaged to request room cleaning, and the staff confirmed it would be done before 12 PM, before I returned to the room. At 12:40 PM, when I got back, it still hadn't been cleaned. When I messaged to inquire, the staff said they were overwhelmed that day and hadn't gotten to it yet. The problem is that they were the ones who proactively asked me for a time slot. If they couldn't make it, they should have informed me or apologized before I returned. Moreover, when the hotel sent someone to bring extra towels and water first, then clean later, the staff member hastily handed them through the door and left without saying a single word, not even an apology or explanation. If I have the chance to return to Da Lat, I would still choose to stay here, but I sincerely hope they adjust their procedures and service to be more professional."

"I tried two different rooms: the one in the basement and the most expensive one. Honestly, the most expensive room turned out to be the most unpleasant. The walls were a bit worn, plus there are many windows that are hard to curtain, and the wind howls loudly when it passes through the cracks (the whistling makes it hard to sleep). The basement room was the quietest and most comfortable for sleeping. The only downside there is the lack of light. But for its price-to-quality ratio, this hotel is simply the best! I really liked it there – I'll definitely be back. By the way, you can rent a scooter there for 100k per day. The towels and linen are fresh, and the hot water has good pressure. There's instant noodles and soda in the room in case you arrive late. I booked the large room for 1350₽ and the basement room for 850₽."

"The property is well maintained and we liked the shower/bathroom. The toilet cubicle is slightly too small/claustrophobic for bigger built person. Overall the view is nice. The hotel’s breakfast was simple and yummy too. Note : It does not have restaurant for lunch/dinner, need to explore elsewhere for F&B needs."

"A super cozy new hotel with an incredibly beautiful interior, pleasant color schemes, and simply wonderful service. The guys at the reception speak good English and help with any questions. The breakfasts were delicious, with something new every day. Coffee, tea, juices, water, toast bread, jams, baguettes, soup, eggs or omelets (boiled one day). Rice or noodles, and a very tasty chicken meatball soup. A small selection of fruits and pastries, and yogurts were also available."

"The rooms are clean and accurate, minimalism in the interior 🔥. I lived on the 2nd floor in a room with a view to the valley. But in the photos when choosing this room I was focused on the balcony to go out to the valley. And in fact they gave a room with a balcony on the road and the building opposite((. We asked for the room at the reservation as high as possible - they also didn't satisfy. Otherwise the hotel is good, staff is kind. Breakfasts were included, but we only used 1 time. The kitchen is modest, and we are still vegetarians) so the bulk and tomatoes with cucumbers - all we could eat) Parking only on the street and small. The hotel itself is in a quiet area, if on its transport, ok. And if on foot, it is far from the center. We, used to 2-3 pillows, had little one)) mattress convenient."
