Hot water doesn't come out well, it's dirty because it's not managed, the door handle rattles, there's no soundproofing, the water is so dirty that the filter breaks, it's far from the city (I made the reservation considering this), the wifi doesn't connect;, the accommodation is in the basement so the data is barely 3G. Just don't go. I went with my mom and I almost died because I was so embarrassed.

When I visited on 2025/11/12, some renovation work was done, there were leeches in the room, and I was the only one in the hotel that day. But the staff pretended to know me well. LOL It's not a pool villa in Korea, but it's good enough to have an indirect experience.

Clean accommodation, friendly staff, location a bit far from Da Lat market but convenient to visit tourist attractions

The hotel is very close to the futa bus station and is convenient for travel. I really like the architectural style of the hotel, it is unique. The temperature in Dalat is very suitable. Even if there is only an electric fan in the room, you will not feel too hot. Finally, it would be better if breakfast is provided

In the morning there is construction noise, children are running up and down the stairs, they didn't want to upgrade the room for free, but overall it's ok

I don't understand why they were given a 4-star hotel? 1.Check in and no one will help you pick up your luggage and bring it to your room 2. The whole hotel only saw 1 male receptionist, no other staff, and the service attitude was not professional, not proactive in supporting guests, lazy. If the customer asks for help, it's okay if he doesn't want to. Finally, the guests carry it themselves. 3. There is no parking space, parking on the street, the road is both small and steep 4. No slippers in the room. I don't understand how to leave slippers in the reception hall and ask guests to change slippers there. It's both inconvenient and easy to lose shoes 5. Room cleaning is not clean, there is trash and hair in the room. The bathtub drain is clogged with hair and cannot drain 6. No tea, coffee, kettle
