"My stay in Dalat was incredible! Our boutique hotel featured stunning valley views and a cozy, rustic charm that felt like home. We spent our days strolling around Xuan Huong Lake and riding the thrilling Datanla Alpine Coaster. The food was a major highlight—the Banh mi xiu mai is a must-try breakfast, and the Lau ga la e (chicken hotpot) was perfect for the chilly evenings. A truly refreshing mountain getaway!"

"The hotel is centrally located, but the entrance can be a bit tucked away, and parking is somewhat challenging. On the plus side, it's very convenient, the service is good, and the rooms are clean. However, the soundproofing is poor."

"This hotel deserves better recognition! Despite the language barrier, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience 🥰 We were even allowed to check in early since there was a room available — such a thoughtful gesture! The room was incredibly spacious, with high water pressure and a super comfortable bed, what a great deal. The location is also very strategic — close to major tourist attractions and halal food restaurants. Thank you, Ha Na Hotel! I’ll definitely come back again 💖"

"Receptionist is very efficient & courteous. Spacious reception & dining area. Room is clean & tidy, but small (no chair, one has to use the bed as chair for the table). Toilet is clean, tidy & quite spacious. However, one of the holder of toilet bowl lid is broken. Facilities inside room: water boiling kettle, wifi, TV (no channel & no remote control), hot shower, toiletries like liquid soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, ear cotton buds, shaver, standing fan, slippers, etc. No hair hairdryer. Nice comfortable bed & pillows. Complementary 2 bottled water, 2 sachets of coffee & 2 tea bags per day. Cafes & restaurants nearby. Safe area. Only complaint: as most hotel in Vietnam, the door & wall of the room are quite thin, & if there is noise from the walkway outside the room, it can be heard very clearly from the room (noise from other hotel guests or room cleaner in the morning). The cleaner will shout from room to room in the morning asking for room cleaning service & this will disturb sleeping guests. When there is no answer, the cleaner will assume that there is no guests inside the room & will open the door using the masterkey. This is not the correct way to do the daily room cleaning service! The management of the hotel should buy tags (request for room-cleaning or do-not-disturb tag) that can be hanged on door knobs as done in many hotels."

"Before confirming this hotel we checked with staff from Sandles Camellia if the rooms in Flora were air-conditioned which they said yes however rooms WITHOUT window only had aircon while those with window come with only FAN. We were trying hard to find the aircon controls but silly us took too long, more than 15mins, to report that there was no aircon resulted us in having to keep the room. Flora could have admitted their misinformation n changed the room inspite of us taking a little longer to report it. If they were gracious enough to change the room for us this feedback would have been so very different. However I must say that the location is marvellous since the entrance of the hotel is right at the Dalat night market! So convenient!"

"Thank you for switching to Valley View Twin. The breakfast was so delicious that I ate my fill all three days, and the massage was nice and friendly. It's close to the lake, so it's great for a walk. Good for moving to the city center, such as the night market. The staff were very friendly, so I had a comfortable stay. Valley View is quiet so I don’t wake up. If you are sensitive, please request valley view. However, the room facilities seem a bit old and need renovation. If it has sophistication, I would give it 100 points. I'll give it a 90 and I intend to visit again."

"The location is very good, quite near night market walking distance like below 10minutes. But 1 very bad experience is: it’s sound proof are zero level, our room facing Main Street is super noisy during night time till mid night; and early morning like 5am the street starts live, it is literally live! People are talking loud, you can’t get a good sleep. But I don’t blame, due to it’s strategic location. They only have 1 quite room per floor, so please make your own good choice."

"Eventho its a bit small but the location is great and right at the city center! Love how easy it is to borrow a scooter from the reception but they will hold our passport eventho there is no deposit needed. The room is a bit small but its clean and cozy. The best bed I’ve had. It has massage if you want you can ask the reception and they also sell snack eventho it is more expensive than in town. And also their receptionist is super friendly 🫶🏻🥰"
