Kỳ nghỉ kinh khủng,gia đình mình có book 3 phòng ở ks mai thắng.hôm đầu đến check in thái độ của lễ Tân đã không được niềm nở đón tiếp. Khác sạn Ko có bell mà gia đình mình phải tự bê đồ lên trong khi gia đình mình có 1ng già phải ngồi xe lăn cũng Ko được lễ Tân hỗ trợ.ngày t2 mình có yêu cầu dọn 3 phòng và lấy đồ đi giặt.nhưng khi mình quay lại phòng thì đồ đã được đem đi giặt còn phòng thì bẩn nguyên.mình có xuống nói chuyện vs lễ Tân thì lễ Tân báo là 2 phòng đã dọn còn 1 phòng thì chưa được dọn nếu muốn dọn thì phải đợi.mình yêu cầu được dọn phòng n*** thì các bạn bên hk có kê lại giường cài lại ga giường còn phòng tắm thì để nguyên,Ko thay khăn hay sắp xếp lại gì cả.thật kinh khủng vs trải nghiệm này.
