The hotel staff were awesome; the front desk receptionist - Linh ( hope I got her name right) was very courteous and helped us get situated when we first checked in. The propoerty itself is clean and is on the main road so it can be bit noisy. Its about a mile from the city center but you can rent a scotty for a day for 100VND. The room was very basic and can do better is breakfast.

I had a bad experience with this hotel. My family should be treated well rather than this bad attitudes throwing from the manager. He called us bastard, cheater. You surely can't claim the deposit as well as extend your reservation due to the pandemic. I can affirm that you guys can barely have a good holiday with this hotel. I am in charge of all the sentences i wrote.

Mình và gd có ghé qua ks Mai Hoàng ở 1 đêm. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, giá cả phải chăng. Điều này làm mình rất hài lòng. Tuy nhiên, gd mình đi vào mùa dịch nên khách sạn rất vắng khách. Mình xin check out trễ tới 2pm thì bạn nhân viên báo là trễ 1 tiếng sẽ phụ thu 30% tiền phòng. Mình làm nghề hotel nên mình hiểu rõ khách sạn theo quy định là đang làm đúng. Tuy nhiên, khi mà hotel ko có khách sẽ checkin thì việc cho khách hiện tại late check out là nên làm. Việc làm nhỏ này sẽ mang lại thiện cảm cho khách, họ sẽ giới thiệu bạn bè hay có dịp sẽ quay lại. Mình có xin nói chuyện với chủ hotel thì bạn lễ tân có nói hiện tại chủ ko có nhà. Phòng ốc thì các hotel đều giống nhau, tuy nhiên sự khác biệt là ở dịch vụ. Thân!
