The receptionist (His name is Bao) is unfriendly and rude. When I asked him whether I could check out before 12:30 pm, instead of 12:00 pm. He rolled his eyes and said you must check out before 12:00 pm. The key didn’t work right after our conversation, but the time was 11:37 am. This was really horrible. For hotel itself, it is not clean and is old. They even forgot to put toilet papers in the room even though I already tipped the cleaners. The towels and toilet papers are dirty and the toilet papers were wet when I checked in. Don’t book this hotel if you don’t want to have this horrible experience like me. They treated you badly.

The appearance is beautiful.
The room is dilapidated.
I booked a deluxe room, a high-priced room in City View, but the room was small and the window was small.
I won't use it again the next time I go to Dalat.
