There was a hiccup when checking in. Hotels could not local our booking number from Trip.com but it was resolved after some wait. Rooms was clean and breakfast was good. Please avoid the local crowds on their peak traveling period as it could turn out to be very rowdy and noisy. Overall this is not a bad hotel. Thank you

Stayed 4 nights. Good location, away from the hustle and bustle of the night market area yet just a short, leisurely 10 min walk away in cool weather. Comfortable bed and big room and good housekeeping. Room was well-cleaned each day. Reception staff were conversant in English and answered all our queries about the shops in the vicinity well. Also like to commend Mui the security personnel at the hotel entrance for his cheerfulness and helpfulness. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is located in a good location about 10 mins walk from the main square. The hotel is old but recently renovated. I had a big room with balcony facing the road. There is much horning of big vehicles in the morning . My other friends had the rooms facing the opposite side . They hear dog barking continuously throughout the night . Breakfasts served were decent. There is a Highland cofffee place in the hotel.

Dalat is a difficult place to work out what a good location is, but this is a good one. It’s on a street with lots of restaurants and it’s an easy walk to the night market.

Good staff and good location.

The Ability of English of the hotel staffs looks not good but they were friendly. So miscommunication happened many times. But location is not bad(Actually no good scenery/no perfect location in Dalat) Spa was good. But the rest was so so to me.

Thank you for switching to Valley View Twin. The breakfast was so delicious that I ate my fill all three days, and the massage was nice and friendly. It's close to the lake, so it's great for a walk. Good for moving to the city center, such as the night market. The staff were very friendly, so I had a comfortable stay. Valley View is quiet so I don’t wake up. If you are sensitive, please request valley view. However, the room facilities seem a bit old and need renovation. If it has sophistication, I would give it 100 points. I'll give it a 90 and I intend to visit again.

The deluxe room has a small living room with more space and a sofa. It is very convenient for two people on a business trip. It is close to the road and a bit noisy at night. The breakfast is quite rich, but the meat and vegetables are average. You can eat noodles and bread.

For a trip to Dalat with friends from Korea, I booked the Golf Valley Family Room and Superior Room and stayed there for 3 days. However, there were so many uncomfortable things in the accommodation that I felt very uncomfortable for the entire three days. There were not enough beds for the first of us to stay, so we requested an additional bed or two beds in the superior room, but were rejected as there were no rooms available. When we reserved an additional room 30 minutes later, the additional room we reserved had two beds. The employees are very disgusting. In the second family room, room 408, the front window was covered by a structure and there was no bathroom door, so shower water flowed into the living room. We talked about replacing it, but the hotel did not take any action even after three days. The third additional room, room 226 (corner room), was not replaced even though the user said it was *******. I have often used Golf Valley, but I decided to write a review after my precious Korean friends complained about the uncomfortable stay. While I was living in Vietnam, the inconvenience to my Korean friends made me angry a lot. If anyone goes to Golf Valley, please do not go to rooms 408 or 226 and avoid using Golf Valley if possible. Even though it is booming with Korean tourists, it is a 4-star hotel that has to do its best for guests, but I would like to inform them that this is a hotel with a poor basic attitude.

The location was good, the breakfast was delicious, and it was very good. I thought about it with Colin and decided to go here, and it was a really good choice.
