I thought I was going to eat breakfast at the restaurant, but it was delivered to my room... The bathroom was slippery as if it hadn't been cleaned, and the foot towels were very dirty...

I've never seen a hotel charge a surcharge (penalty) for soiling towels (no clear reason). My colleagues and I had an unforgettable experience here while on business in Da Lat. The rooms are not well soundproofed, and the staff is not friendly.
