房間較小，前台迎賓及餐廳人員服務主動熱情，但相較其他一價全包酒店，在服務方面還是有改進的空間，例如去酒吧，詢問有無酒單，回答沒有酒單，衹需告訴有甜味的還是烈一些的，這就有些無語了。點了一個甜味一個烈一些的，就無迴應了，我和老公也不知道是否有調我們的酒，詢問半天才有迴應，與前台、餐廳人員服務有天壤之別。
去仙沙島和悦沙島均有專車可去，司機十分熱情善談，衹要戴着酒店手環可以説是暢通無阻，景區各項遊樂設施還有針對酒店客人的專用通道，享受VIP級待遇。從景區各項設施來講符合5A級景區的各項指標，5A級別名副其實，尤其是時下注重的遊客中心、廁所、導覽圖進符合要求，在沙漠建立5A級景區實屬不易，望保持水平，提升服務質量。

酒店不算高奢，但是樣樣俱全，一價全包吃了兩天，不重樣，好吃。房間確實比較小些，小朋友的娛樂設施比較少，基本上都是室內畫畫那些，滑滑梯遊樂場這樣的沒有，室內泳池不大，室外好看但是5月底還是很冷下不去水，晝夜温差大。酒吧和咖啡都有，但是口味和樣式都比較一般，有待改進，畢竟這個價位並不低。下午茶不錯的，小點心還有環境都很清爽。現在沒有煮茶也沒有換成其他的，有點尷尬，好些區域沒有工作人員。可能是淡季的原因吧
