We arrived earlier around 11 and able to get in after waiting for around 30mins so we can rest. The guy in the reception was kind to help carry luggage. Location was great. Hope they provide more hanger for clothes in the bathroom. Cleanliness was so-so.

Good location in the old Town. The hotel staff was superbly helpful. The room is very clean, and the hallway is beautiful. The hotel locates inside a small alley, so it is a little bit hard to find. I would suggest the hotel staff put a sign close to the street so the guests can find it easier.
