前台服務有禮熱情。管家式，有求必應。酒店門口不能停車。酒店停車場5分鐘步行（免費）路邊停車位2分鐘（收費）。早餐是三明治和牛奶。

房間很舒適温馨，當天一直在糾結訂酒店，看到艾美女性酒店，和男朋友兩人開着車果斷趕來入住，房間一進門就是香噴噴的，對於自己有小潔癖，簡直不要太有好，真的很整潔乾淨，退房還有伴手禮，太貼心了，房間還有捲髮棒，對於愛美的女生真的很好，下次還會來入住，對了，還有拍照也很出片哦。

一路踩坑過來，終於住到了乾淨舒適温馨的民宿，這裏沒有其他民宿存在的衞生差的問題，到處都是白色，房間香香的，有很多智能設施，我女兒很喜歡，退房時都不願意走。有很多女性設定，有身體乳、護髮素、吹風機、捲髮器…可以解放雙手來住，還給孩子準備了小童牙刷和牙膏，早上機器人送的三明治很好吃，是流心的哦。如果以後還會來大理，一定還住這家。

本來服務什麼的都挺滿意的，但是早上開門拿早餐看見客房阿姨在打掃對面房間的時候在洗漱池裡洗拖把，瞬間就心裏不舒服了，給前台提了意見，説會改正，希望以後能杜絕這種情況

我定的特價房，前台姐姐説房會比較小 但我上去看了以後還可以 能接受呢，衹住一晚來説很不錯啦，有一種日式 小屋的感覺。燈光佈置的特別温暖 ，嘿嘿 ，我覺得小小的更有安全感捏。
電視也不算小 看着還不錯
衞生間 有乾濕分離。洗澡還有熱風 加熱功能 一點都不冷。
最後提供吹風機 和捲髮棒！！！
