"Wonderful stay at Pullman Dali. Location: Excellent location facing Dali Harbour. The Erhai sightseeing bus stop is only a 3–5-minute walk, and Dali High‑Speed Railway Station takes just 5–10 minutes by car, very convenient for travelling to Haidong. Room & Facilities: We stayed in a high-floor Erhai-view room with fantastic lake scenery. The rooftop terrace is the biggest highlight for enjoying panoramic Erhai views. Rooms are well furnished, and guests can choose pillows of different textures as needed. The hotel is fully equipped with a gym, swimming pool and SPA. Breakfast has diverse selections and tasty pastries. Service: We encountered slight communication problems at first, which were settled perfectly with the help of butler Mary (Thanks Soraya for the help too! )- She assisted in all coordination, recommended local attractions and cared about our experience throughout the stay. The hotel clearly marks free and chargeable services with full transparency. Highly recommend this hotel."

Staff was incredible helpful and friendly and late night snacks peace gum dessert was sent to our room every night and provide high speed train station transfer staff even prepare breakfast for us to eat on the way. The butler service was excellent; they even upgraded our room for free during the off-season, which was fantastic! It has a garden, swings, sea views, and a pool, combining Santorini vibes with an English garden and island getaway feel – super picturesque. Our room had direct views of Erhai Lake, and the breeze on the terrace was lovely. Breakfast was also delicious. I'd definitely stay here again next time I visit~"

"The manor is nestled on a cliffside in Wencun Village, Haidong, with Rainbow Road right outside – perfect for dining out and snapping photos. The manor also offers golf cart service to other areas within the village. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful. Upon arrival, the butler was already waiting outside to greet us, helped with our luggage, guided us through check-in, and escorted us to our room. Any questions we had were promptly answered in the group chat. Breakfast offered a choice of rice noodles, regular noodles, Er'si (a local rice cake dish), or congee, accompanied by bread, scrambled eggs, fruit, and a salad set – all very delicious. The afternoon tea was also lovely; enjoying coffee and cake while gazing at the stunning Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake was truly relaxing. The room was very neat and clean. Both the private hot tub and balcony offered direct, beautiful views of the mountains and sea, which was fantastic. The complimentary photography session provided by the hotel was also excellent; it perfectly captured the stunning blend of the manor and the Cang-Er region!"
