Our butler, Allen, was always on call and quickly resolved any small requests, showing great attention to detail. Overall, it's a serene and elegant place, perfect for unwinding and clearing your mind. Whether it's a short getaway or a leisurely trip to Dali, this place is an excellent choice."

"The sheets hadn't been changed, and even though there was trash when I arrived, it wasn't cleaned up. The environment is really good, and they're pet-friendly, plus the rooftop view is beautiful. The service was excellent; breakfast was great, and they were good at responding to messages, though sometimes the replies were a bit slow. The bedside charging wasn't very reliable, and the room often had poor signal, making it impossible to do anything online. Also, the bathroom door was hard to open from the inside because there was no handle."
