It rained on the day I came. There was only a small air conditioner in the room, which may not be very warm because of the high ceiling. I stayed at my dream beachfront guesthouse in Dali! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered panoramic views of Erhai Lake. The Erhai Lake Ecological Corridor is right outside, perfect for cycling and walking – the location is superb. I read some reviews saying it was noisy, but it was actually quite quiet with the windows closed, and it was very peaceful at night with no one around. The owners were a very nice family, and the experience was perfect! 👍👍👍 Highly recommended!!

The two of us booked a family room. After getting off the high-speed train, we took a taxi directly to the guesthouse. The guesthouse's main entrance faces Erhai Lake and the walking path, offering a fantastic view. Because it's not near popular tourist spots, it wasn't crowded, especially in the early morning, evening, and night – very peaceful and comfortable. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast included rice noodles, eggs, and corn. There's a supermarket and a local restaurant nearby (the food was decent). Taxi fares were easier to find compared to the crowded old town and popular Erhai Lake areas; we got a taxi quickly every time. However, due to the greater distance, trips to places like the old town and the high-speed train station were more expensive. Trips to places like Xizhou were quick and reasonably priced. Since we didn't visit tourist spots like Longkan Wharf, the overall transportation experience was quite good. (And a huge thank you to the owners for finding my lost earphones outside the guesthouse; I thought I'd never see them again ㅠㅠ)

The public area of the inn is also super filmed. The water view in the atrium and the green plants are in the same fun. The glass brick walls in the corridor are staggered, and even the decorations in the corners are full of artistic atmosphere. When the weather is good, you can ride a battery car to go out, but the ecological corridor is not allowed to enter the outside car. You have to park outside and walk in, and riding an electric car on the main road is still a bit dangerous. There is no street light at night. Anyway, I like it very much! Very comfortable to live!

The room was sparkling clean, the bedding was soft and odorless, and the hygiene details were impeccable. The service was even more thoughtful; they proactively helped with luggage, shared local tips, and responded instantly to any request, making the entire stay comfortable and unobtrusive. Both the value for money and the overall experience were excellent. I'll definitely be back!
