This hotel was great! The location is right in front of the erhai lake, with one of the most beautiful views I have seen yet. Dali is a gorgeous city with lot's to offer, and I think this is a great location if you want to explore a bit more, not just the ancient city. I loved that in the reception they offer free tea (lose leafs, good quality) and have an entire tea ceremony table with everything you need to enjoy the view from the reception. My room was very clean, and they replaced towels and whatever was needed daily. The reception staff was very sweet. The shower had great water pressure and temperature... 5 stars for sure!

The location is absolutely fantastic! It's just a 200-meter walk to Erhai Lake, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so you won't have to go out of your way for anything. The hotel itself is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. This is a must-stay when visiting Dali! The staff are all very polite and accommodating, always willing to help with anything you need. The attention to detail truly shines through, making you feel right at home. My overall impression is incredibly positive.

we reached earlier than the check in time, both receptionist lady and male staff helped my family to get our rooms ready speedily, so so touched !! the lobby is grand, clean and the warmth welcome from the elderly aunty who helped us with our luggages, really made our trip so deeply meaningful ^^ she make us feel like her own daughters !! it wasnt only the access from Dali Railway Station is so easy, but also the room itself is sooo spacious !! the sofa at the end of the corner was our favourite one, the single bed size is 1.35m, pillow and bed cover is sooo comfortable, the separate wc and shower made the chaotic morning preparation with kids easily done. i love every single detail of this hotel, will definitely come back again. Oh, last but not least, the breakfast spread, you dont need to worry about it at all, it is beyond words !!

I really love this hotel! It’s located right in the city center. I booked several rooms, and we all received a free upgrade! The hotel is very close to several tourist spots in Dali, and the views are beautiful — I absolutely love it. The moment I walked into the lobby, I could tell the hotel was very clean and beautiful. The staff don’t speak English, but they are very helpful.

The room view was great! Our butler, Domi, contacted us a few days in advance to ask about our check-in needs and even recommended some fantastic local eateries that offered incredible value for money. There's also a 'Starlight Bar' on the 25th floor of the hotel which is perfect for photos. Other staff members were also incredibly proactive and helpful.

This newly opened art hotel in Dali city center is really interesting, sort of like a CBD community vibe. It's located right next to Taiye, a super central spot, making food and drinks super convenient. The ground floor has these cool little wooden cabin installations, looks like a coffee shop preparing to open. The guest rooms all have floor-to-ceiling windows, making them bright and airy. We even got complimentary welcome fruit and free drinks. The service and amenities far exceeded the price. If you're looking for a long-term stay or just a hotel in Dali city center, I'd highly recommend this place. Even casual photos turn out beautifully. A great experience overall.

This hotel is very close to Dali High-Speed Railway Station The location is highly convenient for transportation. It is especially suitable for Muslim travelers, with a halal restaurant located right next to the hotel. Finding halal food is very easy, and the overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

#位置交通, 位置在大理市區去哪都挺方便的，旁邊走一條街就是醫院了, #服務, 服務很好，停車場的保安哥哥很熱心也負責，有人進出都會幫着看，但是想跟老闆提一個建議，感覺停車場的車位規劃不是很合理，兩個車位沒有空隙貼在一起，如果車多了的話必然有車會被擋着，就會涉及到讓客人挪車的情況，我們是淡季來的就還好，旺季的話，車一多起來就有很麻煩了，感覺院子裏的停車場還是很大，如果好好規劃一下，應該是沒得問題的。, #房間設施, 房間設施很新，比好多五星級酒店都還好，洗手枱附近都有垃圾桶，説明老闆是花了心思設計的。隔音也不錯，不會被隔壁房間的開門關門聲吵醒。, #早餐, 早餐品種很多，而且營業時間也比較晚這點給個贊，因為我屬於起床很晚的人，一般都習慣9點以後才吃早餐，早餐營業時間照顧了我們這種不喜歡早起的人。

Overall, my stay by Erhai Lake was pretty good. Initially, the first room I was assigned had a couple of issues: the toilet overflowed, leaving some stains on the floor, and the key card slot was faulty, causing the power to constantly trip. I reported these to the staff, and they handled it promptly, moving us to a different room. After the room change, the experience was much better; the room environment and overall stay were pleasant and comfortable. Despite the initial hiccup, the subsequent service and their helpful attitude were definitely commendable.
