This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the South Gate of the ancient city, surrounded by a food street. Taxis and food delivery services are easily accessible. The rooms are comfortable, and the bedding is clean and just right. I booked two rooms, and both mine and my children's were great; the bedding wasn't damp at all and felt very comfortable. The hotel's interior environment is fantastic, and they even provide free clothes for photo ops – my family was taking pictures until past 10 PM on our check-in night. The breakfast is exquisite, and the taste perfectly suited for someone from northern China like me; I'd have two bowls of rice noodles every day until I was stuffed! Finally, the staff's service attitude and enthusiasm were exceptionally good and diligent. This hotel is highly recommended.

One of the best stays we had in Dali! 🤍 The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful. She gave us great food recommendations and even walked us to the restaurant herself, which was such a thoughtful touch! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We stayed for two nights, and they kept the room well-maintained, refilling the water and amenities throughout our stay. If you’re Muslim, this is also a great option because there are halal restaurants within walking distance, so you don’t have to worry about finding food. Overall, we had an incredible stay here. The hospitality really made the experience extra special, and I’d definitely stay here again when I’m back in Dali! ❤️

Great hotel located at the entrance of Dali ancient city. Walkable to the ancient city in less than 5 minutes, food haven, and Erhai lake. Quiet and secluded from busy noises of tourists and traffics. Ideal place to stay when in Dali. Hotel and room facilities are great. Staff are polite and helpful. The hotel's location is excellent, right within the ancient city, making it convenient to go anywhere. The hotel environment is very comfortable, with a small courtyard, a rooftop garden, and a dedicated reading space. The facilities are also very new. What's particularly commendable is the exceptional cleanliness, which is quite rare for a B&B. The breakfast is also very enjoyable; sometimes they serve rice noodles, other times a savory congee with粑粑 (a type of local pancake), along with corn, fruit, sweet potatoes, coffee, and more. Everything tastes delicious. Overall, I highly recommend this place. It's truly a great stay.

The environment and facilities are excellent, and the decor is very new! The location inside the ancient city is very convenient for exploring, and it's not far to walk to Erhai Gate, the city entrance. The room was very spacious – I've forgotten which room type it was – and I stayed for two nights. The bed was very comfortable, and so were the pillows. This was the best guesthouse experience I had during my trip to Yunnan. It offers excellent value for money, and the location is also great, very close to the ancient city. The projector screen is large, perfect for watching TV or movies if it's too hot to go out in the afternoon. The floor-to-ceiling windows are very bright, and two of them can be opened for good ventilation. On the second day, we shared a ride to Shaxi Ancient Town. The scenery was beautiful and incredibly peaceful. I really loved Shaxi; there weren't as many people as in Dali Ancient City or Erhai Lake, making it very pleasant to explore. It's quite a distance, but truly worth it! When checking out, the owner gave us two flower cakes, which were delicious! The owner was also very easygoing, and the front desk staff were very diligent and responsible. My personal recommendation: When visiting Dali, prioritize staying in the ancient city because it's close to all the attractions, and the main food, shopping, and bars are all concentrated there. You can go out to explore the surrounding attractions during the day and return to the ancient city at night to experience its vibrant atmosphere.

This is an excellent hotel with most modern digital AI facilitated equipment; all bathroom and toilet are high end fittings and toilet bowls are even more advance than Japanese. It is sparkling clean and we stayed in a Tatami room (higher end type with thick thick mattress just like those of the luxury hotel. I booked this last minute and the moment we reach,they came up to the taxi and help carry luggage upto our rooms and explained clearly how the bathroom works, and also provided fruit platter, and fragrant flower cake and even waited for us to serve warm dessert when we return late fr dinner. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and the handsome and helpful young guy Wang !

This was my first time visiting Dali, and I booked this hotel blindly online, but it turned out to be a great choice! Since I wasn't familiar with the area, the owner even came out to meet me and gave helpful directions to the nearby attractions. The service was excellent. They also recommended some delicious local dishes. The hotel itself was very clean and had a lovely ambiance, perfect for taking photos. I would definitely book this place again if I return to Dali.

It's the most charming home-stay I've been to. Good location. Just next to the Southgate of Dali ancient city. You can enjoy many kinds of yummy food all around China. Nice housekeeper. The staffs are so friendly and patient since when arrived, a free cup of coffee was ready. Anytime, anywhere, as soon as you wanted a cup, just call the staff to help you. Free breakfast available. Also can enjoy tea in the Chinese beautiful yard. Room service is perfect. Tidy and clean. Just seems to be at home. So classical design with smart home system. The receptionist can afford much help including renting car, free car parking and suggestion for group tour.

This is by far the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in Dali. It's designed with a beautiful garden aesthetic, and the air is just amazing. The whole hotel feels like a grand estate. The staff are so warm and attentive. The facilities are incredibly comprehensive: a book bar, a regular bar, a sports hall, a restaurant, and a gym (with tons of equipment, which I, as someone who works out daily, absolutely loved!). What I want to praise most about the room is the incredibly spacious shower area, with excellent wet/dry separation. I really love this room type. The breakfast selection is rich and varied, and they even have卡通餐盘 (cartoon-themed plates) – so thoughtful for families traveling with children!

This is the first time I've stayed in such a satisfying B&B – it was incredibly clean!!! As soon as I walked into the room, there was a lovely woody scent. But most importantly, the service attitude was truly excellent. I unfortunately missed out on the complimentary tie-dye experience and afternoon tea due to personal reasons, but the front desk kindly replaced them with rose tea and flower cakes. If my travel plans hadn't changed, I honestly would have wanted to stay here for my entire trip. The next time I have a chance to visit Dali, I will definitely choose this B&B again.
