This absolutely deserves a full score for a sea-view guesthouse! The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer a direct view of Erhai Lake and Cangshan Mountain. You can watch the sunrise from your bed and see the sunset paint the lake. The 270-degree unobstructed view totally exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, and all the bathroom amenities were provided. Both the guesthouse's terrace and courtyard are perfect for photos, and it's just a few steps out to the Erhai Ecological Corridor, which is super convenient for walks or cycling. The owner was incredibly warm and thoughtful, taking care of pickup and breakfast with great attention to detail. This was the most satisfying stay I've had in Dali. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Erhai Lake. Highly recommended!

Overall, I'm completely satisfied! 😀 This place is perfect for clean freaks who want peace and quiet. Our comfortable stay made Dali even more beautiful! Pros: 1. Clean! Clean! Oh, so clean! I'm a clean freak, so every trip is a huge challenge for me. This place was genuinely spotless. The decor is all pure white and milky white, so any dust would be immediately noticeable. We chose a non-smoking room, and the air was fresh. 2. The decor style is beautiful and minimalist, just looking at it made me happy. I forgot to take pictures, but it really looks almost exactly like the website photos, no editing needed. 3. Smart home features throughout. Even though the 'Xiao Du' voice assistant was a bit wonky sometimes, it was still quite cute. 4. Service was top-notch, truly impeccable! So good! The owner is great! He's young and very polite and cultured. The lady who welcomed us, cooked for us, and cleaned (the same person) was fantastic! She was quiet but very courteous. It was lovely to have a hot bowl of rice noodles in the cold morning. 5. The guesthouse is located in a large residential complex, so it's very quiet. The soundproofing seemed good too; we didn't hear any noise and slept very well during our stay. 6. Transportation: It's about a 30-minute taxi ride from Dali Airport, quite close. It's in Haidong, making it convenient to enjoy the Haidong scenery. However, it's a bit of a distance to Haixi and Dali Ancient City. Small Suggestion: - The bathroom floor can be a bit slippery. It's easy to slip when wearing disposable slippers, especially if the floor is wet. The room does provide anti-slip slippers (but as clean freaks, we preferred not to use them and used our own instead). I think it would be even better if there were more anti-slip measures in the future.

This guesthouse was one of the accommodations I was most looking forward to during my trip to Dali, and I'm so glad it met my expectations! I didn't do much research before booking; I just stumbled upon a recommendation on a social media platform, and the view looked so amazing that I booked it right away. First, let's talk about the location. Since I didn't read up much beforehand, I only realized upon arrival that there are very few dining options nearby – almost no restaurants at all. Luckily, we had rented a car, which made things a bit easier. The owner is incredibly thoughtful and provides excellent service, helping with luggage and giving great recommendations. The resident cat, Saipan, is a bit aloof but very good-tempered; you can pet him all you want. It's a shame I only stayed for a short time. The view from this room type is fantastic, and in the evening, with the lights on, it feels so warm and cozy. I hope to come back and stay for a few days next time when I'm not in a hurry. Oh, and the room is also super photogenic!

They responded promptly to any requests, treating us with genuine warmth and care like a friend. It was a comfortable and reassuring stay, making the experience absolutely fantastic! This stay was such a pleasant surprise! The guesthouse owner is genuinely kind and warm-hearted. They proactively helped us with our luggage up and down the stairs and shared their homemade meals, which were simple yet delicious. When it came to sightseeing, they patiently recommended local hidden gems, food, and routes, and even thoughtfully reminded us about travel precautions. Every detail showed their sincerity, making the trip exceptionally warm and healing.

Stayed for 4 nights, and the room was beautiful. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an amazing ocean view – it was super refreshing! We were on the second floor; if you're on the third, I'm sure the unobstructed view would be absolutely stunning. The room was also very clean and hygienic, and the cleaning lady was incredibly meticulous. The owner was also very attentive and helpful. Ordering takeout was super convenient, and the rice noodles the cleaning lady cooked were truly delicious!

This Lanyue B&B is absolutely enchanting! The room's curved bay window offers a direct view of Erhai Lake, so you can enjoy the sea and clouds right from your bed, making every photo a winner. It's designed in a pure white, Instagram-worthy style, with meticulous attention to detail, and it's both clean and luxurious, making for a truly comfortable stay. The room is fully equipped with everything you need, including a projector and a mini-fridge. The butler service is super responsive, making for a perfect experience. If you're coming to Dali, you'll honestly never want to leave this place!

I saw Erhai Lake, admired Cangshan Mountain, and explored the ancient city, only to discover that the most beautiful scenery was actually right inside the hotel! 😄 In the evening, I even got to witness a breathtaking sunset over Erhai and Cangshan. It was incredibly therapeutic. Even though I've seen the sea before, the beauty of Erhai is truly unique and I like it even more. The hotel boasts an excellent viewing platform, perfect for taking photos or simply unwinding. The rooms and lobby are spotlessly clean. When extending my stay, I just had to inform the staff and they would tidy up the room, showing thoughtful service and meticulous hygiene. It's very close to popular attractions like Yunxiang Mountain, Ideal State, and Xingsheng Bridge, offering convenient direct access. I was also very pleased with the room. It had a large floor-to-ceiling window, providing excellent natural light, and I loved the layout. The inclusion of a Laifen hairdryer was a generous touch and it worked wonderfully. Compared to the hotels we've stayed in Malaysia and Thailand, this place is simply paradise! Even hotels in Kunming fall short; they don't have such a magnificent view. Next time, I definitely want to try their sea view room!

Every stay at Erhai Zhixin is incredibly refreshing. It's conveniently located, surrounded by lush greenery, and filled with the sounds of birds and the scent of flowers. The entire property is smart-enabled, and the rooms are bright, spotless, and impeccably clean. Lying in bed, you get a panoramic view of Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake, which truly broadens your mind and helps you clear your thoughts. The owner is warm and hospitable, and the service is exceptional. I'll never forget how delicious the 'small pot er'si' was. You can also slow down, enjoy a coffee, and listen to some music – all your fatigue and worries just melt away.

When we arrived in the early hours of April 19th, there was road construction blocking the entrance. Thankfully, the hotel thoughtfully arranged a pickup for us, and the staff even helped us carry our luggage all the way to our room. Considering the special road conditions, they proactively offered to let us view the room first, assuring us we could change if we weren't satisfied, and even get a full refund if we stayed a night and still found it unsuitable – that was incredibly reassuring. Although it was a short walk from the North Gate, the staff member's genuine words and actions instantly put us at ease. To be honest, I hadn't expected as much from Dali as I did from Lijiang. I only came along because a friend wanted to visit Xizhou Ancient Town. For the first couple of days, my mood wasn't great, and I didn't go out much. Unfortunately, I also got my period, and when the staff member found out, he specially made ginger-brown sugar water with boiled eggs for me. He seemed a little awkward but eager for our feedback, which was truly heartwarming and adorable. In the evenings, he would even play games with us. Not only was he great at cheering us up, but he was also quite skilled. During our five-day stay, when food deliveries couldn't reach us, he would bring them to our room. I can truly say that this hotel and its kind, attentive staff healed me. This trip became exceptionally perfect because of them.

It was very comfortable with a great environment. It's a bit of a shame that my room didn't face Erhai Lake, so I couldn't see it, haha, but as soon as you step out of the hotel, you're greeted with beautiful scenery, which was lovely. The hotel facilities were also very complete, and all the staff were women who spoke softly and were incredibly friendly. I felt very comfortable staying there alone. The only downside is that it's a bit out of the way, so getting around requires navigating that area for a while, which isn't super convenient.
