11363128****I made a last-minute decision to travel solo and hastily booked an Airbnb near the airport the night before. It ended up exceeding all my expectations! First, the Airbnb offers airport pickup service, so I was able to get straight into the car upon landing and head directly to the accommodation. The room decor was cozy and charming, and having a bathtub really helped wash away the fatigue of the journey. The host was incredibly welcoming; when I overslept, they even made sure to call me down for breakfast. They also packed some delicious flower cookies for me to take on my way, setting a perfect mood for the first day of my trip! The view from the rooftop is also fantastic!

ZZanjiadesanbaoThis hotel is absolutely stunning. In bustling Dali, finding such an oasis of tranquility is truly a rare gem. Even just unwinding on the balcony is pure bliss. The hotel also has an incredibly adorable, well-behaved, chubby cat! I absolutely adored my stay here. I only wish I had booked for longer; I'll definitely extend my stay next time. It completely surpassed all my expectations. During peak season, I'd highly recommend avoiding Shuanglang – it's too noisy and congested. Stay here instead; it feels like you have Erhai Lake all to yourself. Seriously, you *must* book this hotel (and for more than a couple of nights if you can!), you won't regret it!

From your room, facing Erhai Lake, you can soak in the beautiful scenery whether you're on the balcony, the sofa, or even lying in bed. The occasional sound of a boat's horn adds to the serene and tranquil atmosphere. You'll feel completely content even if you don't step out! The service is incredibly thoughtful and attentive, always anticipating guests' needs. The complimentary pick-up and drop-off service to the station saved us a lot of hassle. They even warmly provided us with a Dali travel guide and tips on avoiding tourist traps, which gave us an extra sense of peace of mind! The room was clean and tidy, with well-equipped and functional amenities, including a scenic bathtub. They even provided disposable bath bags, truly showing an exceptional attention to detail!

MM463099****The luckiest thing about my trip to Dali was choosing this guesthouse. I stayed for 4 days, and the owner's service was impeccable from before check-in until I left. Not only did he send a detailed guide and navigation in advance, but he also personally went to the bus station to help us with our luggage and explained routes using his self-made map. It felt like having a local friend. The room was super spacious, with views of Erhai Lake, and was decorated cleanly and cozily. The bedding was also very comfortable. The guesthouse, both inside and out, was meticulously maintained. Right at the entrance, there's a book wall, which is a great photo op. The location is also excellent, only a ten-minute walk from the city center, making it convenient for dining and shopping. All in all, it was a perfect stay, and I highly recommend it!

XXiaoyang121Very good, very cost-effective, the hotel is located on the Erhai Sea, close to the ecological corridor, a few minutes walk to the Erhai Sea, surrounded by natural landscapes such as redwood forests, goose* stone beaches, not only from the dust, but also suitable for cycling, walking and viewing. It is also close to the ancient city, Longqi Wharf and other places, and the transportation is convenient. The room is spacious and bright, the sound insulation effect is good, the view is wide, and the room can see the view of the Bohai Corridor. Suitable for daze and taking pictures. The hotel owner and warm and friendly, there is a parking lot shuttle bus pick-up service, providing itinerary planning, attraction recommendations and car rental and other intimate help. The homestay is quiet in the middle of noisy, the surrounding environment is quiet, suitable for like to relax and enjoy nature. There is not a lot of traffic around, and the noise of excessive commercialization is avoided. All in all, it was a great experience.

LLixiaobaoI was initially concerned that the Xiaomei King Room, which lacked air conditioning, would be hot and small. However, it was nothing of the sort – it was absolutely stunning, and the service was impeccable! My elderly companion did mention that the noise from duvets being washed at night made it difficult for her to fall asleep. Despite this, overall, we were very pleased. I had planned to visit the wetland park for the sunset, but a staff member advised there was no need, as we could enjoy the view directly from their property! They even provided a complimentary farewell gift upon our departure!

AAnonymous UserPros: Good value for money, especially suitable for families. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the balcony offered a spacious view. Airport/station pick-up service is available. Cons: It's located within a residential complex, so transportation isn't the most convenient. While Didi (ride-hailing) is readily available, walking to destinations would take a long time. Dining options nearby are limited, and the only delivery service we found took an hour and a half to arrive. Additionally, there's a construction site outside the balcony. You'll need to find a very specific angle to take a 'cover photo' quality shot of just the sea, otherwise, other buildings will be in the frame. The elevators within the complex are quite old/dated. Summary: Overall, if your family needs accommodation near the airport and plans to explore the Haidong area, this place could be a worthwhile option.

CChijiaohuahuaThe hotel is conveniently located right next to the South Gate of Dali Ancient City, making it super easy to get in and out. There are tons of dining options nearby. The private parking lot is a huge plus for self-driving tourists. Our room was spacious, clean, and the amenities were all high quality. For breakfast, you can request your preferred items in advance and have them delivered directly to your room, which is great for enjoying a meal without even leaving! We opted to eat in the second-floor restaurant and enjoyed breakfast with a beautiful view of Cangshan Mountain. Overall, the hotel has a fantastic location, new rooms, excellent facilities, a great environment, and top-notch service. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Dali Ancient City!

GGuest UserThis is one of my favourite homestay in Dali. They are very helpful and kind . I have been requesting for quite a lot of help - collect parcel in behalf of me and they even do extra miles go to pickup my parcel. Save me extra supper, introducing nearby food to eat, culture sharing, they do provide for charter car service - but this will need to extra request. We booked for 2 nights and they give free pickup or drop off x1. They will text you a day before 💛. They have a very nice view for photos at their top floor. Food are simple yet light just perfect for us. Location wise is quite near roughly 5-7 minutes walk from hotel to Dali old town . Overall , 5/5

SshunshunmamaThe entire guesthouse feels like a French manor, facing Erhai Lake with beautiful blue skies and white clouds. The environment is absolutely stunning! The service was even better, with the housekeeper contacting us a day in advance and providing meticulous care throughout our stay. From helping with luggage to driving us out for meals, they even thoughtfully prepared facial masks for the ladies in the room, perfect for Dalian's dry plateau sun. The complimentary afternoon tea was superb; the coffee beans were of good quality, with a pleasant mild acidity and aroma. The cake was substantial and delicious. Sitting in the coffee shop, overlooking Erhai Lake, we had a delightful afternoon. The travel photography service was excellent too – beautiful scenery combined with a dedicated photographer made for a really enjoyable experience! Overall, we were extremely satisfied with this stay!
