MM257049****This is my seventh time in Dali, and it's the best hotel I've stayed in out of five! First off, the room layout was exactly to my liking. I could lie in bed and watch the sunrise over Erhai Lake, and there was a sofa area, a round dining table, and a large bathtub by the floor-to-ceiling windows – definitely added to the relaxing vacation vibe! The bathroom fixtures were Kohler, and the walk-in closet and vanity area were very spacious. The curtains were automatic, and the AC and curtain controls were right by the bed, which was very convenient. The breakfast was unbeatable – braised chicken wings, braised beef brisket, honey-glazed ribs, and spiced beef. Being able to enjoy a buffet until noon was seriously impressive; I'd call it the ultimate spread. I also have to commend the daily fruit plate and goodnight dessert. Other places only offer it on the first day, but here, I stayed three days and got it every day – incredibly thoughtful. The hotel's front and back yards were also fantastic. My kids loved the slide and swings in the back, and the succulent boat was thriving. The parking lot was also spacious. The nearby ecological corridor had great photo spots, and there were lots of seagulls. When I checked out, I even received a parting gift, and there was a self-service fridge with drinks and beer. A perfect 100-point review, I'll definitely be back!

LLixiaobaoI was initially concerned that the Xiaomei King Room, which lacked air conditioning, would be hot and small. However, it was nothing of the sort – it was absolutely stunning, and the service was impeccable! My elderly companion did mention that the noise from duvets being washed at night made it difficult for her to fall asleep. Despite this, overall, we were very pleased. I had planned to visit the wetland park for the sunset, but a staff member advised there was no need, as we could enjoy the view directly from their property! They even provided a complimentary farewell gift upon our departure!

__ALOng_Rooms: Spacious, clean, full of amenities.
Location: The hotel was in a closed community right by the lake with plenty of e-bikes and bicycles available for rent to cycle / ride around. In the morning you can even go for a jog and enjoy the serenity and greenery. Very nice indeed. It is not walkable to the old town (古城） but grabbing a ride was easy enough and didn’t take long.
Service: Cleaning staff was friendly and when our toilet was clogged, they came as soon as they could to unclog it. The free-flow of drinks were absolutely delicious especially the pistachio foam drink! Please try it! The lady on the first day at the front desk was warm and friendly but all the other staff (especially the guy who drove us on the buggy with our luggage to the hotel, and who we asked for help with the luggage during checkout) were not friendly at all. Oftentimes they had a grumpy face and even when I asked for an extra bottle of water politely, it felt like they were annoyed.
WiFi was slow and the tv reception was really bad. Most of the programs we wanted to watch at night froze on screen many times. Hopefully they can improve the reception.

AAnTrieA very tastefully designed hotel with a cozy and welcoming lobby. The inner courtyard and garden deserve special mention – a beautiful, unique oasis with many plants, flowers, trees, and inviting seating areas that create a wonderful atmosphere to relax and feel at home.
Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything one could need. Everything was spotlessly clean. The service was good, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is offered via a small but well-chosen menu. Communication worked very well via WeChat using the translation function. We were especially grateful to the young staff member who helped us organize our onward journey to Shaxizhen 沙溪镇.
A big thank you to everyone at the hotel – we felt very comfortable and are happy to recommend it to others.

MM647761****The room was incredibly clean, practically on the doorstep of Erhai Lake, with a balcony offering a stunning sea view.
The service was excellent. They provided luggage pick-up and drop-off, the front desk and butler were very friendly, and they even helped with laundry. Complimentary water and drinks were provided in the room. The breakfast offered a good variety, the environment was beautiful, and it was quiet at night. Coming during the off-season offered great value for money. They even gave out small gifts for Christmas, which was a thoughtful touch.
**Environment:** The room was exceptionally clean, virtually right on Erhai Lake, and the balcony had a fantastic sea view. Breakfast was varied, the surroundings were lovely, and it was peaceful at night. Visiting in the off-season provided excellent value for money. They even had little Christmas gifts, which was a very thoughtful gesture.
**Service:** The service was absolutely wonderful. They offered luggage transfer, the front desk and butler were super friendly, and they even assisted with laundry. Free water and beverages were supplied in the room.
**Cleanliness:** Clean and odor-free, the room walls were sparkling white.

TTiantian ZangStepping into the room felt like entering a beautiful painting; the decor is exquisite, and the bedding is very comfortable. The dry/wet separation in the bathroom is perfectly executed. The small butler was incredibly helpful, contacting us the day before check-in and always accommodating our requests. The breakfast rice noodles were delicious! The breakfast menu changed daily, which was great! The location is excellent, the views are stunning, and there are even adorable kittens at the hotel!

It's about a ten-minute walk to the South Gate city wall, making it super convenient for exploring the ancient city and trying local snacks. It's a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, and ordering takeout is a breeze. The courtyard is full of vibrant flowers and greenery, with a beautiful pond and tons of koi fish! The rooftop terrace offers stunning views of Cangshan, and you can even catch the sunrise right from your window in the morning. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The local tips from the owner were incredibly useful, helping us avoid tourist traps and making our trip stress-free. 👌🏻
