GGuest UserI found this resort on xhs before my trip with my mom and we had the most amazing time! Upon arrival we had our room upgraded to our dream water facing suite with a jacuzzi and a swing, who could ask for more! They also prepared a water side afternoon tea for us, right before a private photo shoot with their in house professional photographer for photos on their beautiful property. The amenity kits were also fully stocked and their staff were very friendly and helpful, they even did our laundry. We would recommend this to everyone and we will definitely be coming back next time we’re in Dali!

GGuest UserThe front desk staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always promptly responding to any requests with a gentle and patient demeanor. My stay was exceptional, filled with thoughtful details that made me feel so warm and welcomed. The place is also very photogenic! The courtyard was full of beautiful flowers, which my child absolutely loved and kept asking if we could plant some at home too. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in town!

GGuest UserThis hotel is located right at the beginning of the ecological corridor, not far from the high-speed train station. The corridor itself is quiet and uncrowded, with some really nice scenery. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was incredibly spacious with a fantastic view – you can literally pull open the curtains and watch the sunrise! I'd definitely consider staying here again if I'm ever back. Erhai Lake is a place that truly deserves to be savored.

Just a seven-minute drive from the Old Town, we stumbled upon the gentle embrace of Yue Shanhai – nestled by the mountains with a view of the sea. Directly accessible via National Highway 214, it's a secluded paradise where even the wind seems to linger.
You don't need to go all the way to Kyoto; their garden is already overflowing with romance. Sparse greenery, blossoming paths, and the elegance of a dry landscape garden blend seamlessly with Bai ethnic style. Every step feels like walking through a poem. Strolling with my child, even time seemed to slow down.
We stayed in a two-story courtyard suite. Opening the window revealed the mountains, and closing the door, we could hear the wind, cherishing every moment of our family time.
The hotel lobby is spacious and elegant. The sweet scent of afternoon tea lingered, and while I sipped a refreshing drink, my child chased after the floral fragrance. This is what perfect travel looks like.
The sunrise was the biggest surprise! No need to brave the cold by Erhai Lake; the third-floor terrace offered a complete panoramic view. The morning light pierced through the clouds, illuminating the outline of Cangshan Mountain and splashing across the turquoise waters of Erhai. Wrapped in the warm glow, we took photos before heading downstairs for a hearty breakfast, feeling a warmth spread through our hearts.
With the wind carrying floral scents and the mountains holding simple joys, staying with my child between the mountains and the sea, I finally understood the meaning of travel: planting gentleness and beauty into each other's time.

GGuest UserManager Chen and the front desk team are hospitable and take very good care of the guests. They are constantly on the lookout to check that we are well rested and taking measures to protect ourselves against the high UV rays and elevation levels of Dali. Hotel is very well located in a quiet high end residential area within short walking distance to a modern mall. We can also watch sunrise at the lakeside ＜100 m away. We had a very enjoyable stay.

WWoshixiaoyaoyaoThe super large balcony with a lazy rocking chair is absolutely amazing for sea views! The room is also quite spacious, clean, and tidy. The owners are very nice and incredibly enthusiastic. There are two cute cats in the hotel, one named Pudding and I forgot the other's name, haha. The complimentary travel photoshoot for this room type was also great; you can choose three photos for free. The photographer was excellent at guiding us and took tons of pictures very efficiently! 👍🏼

TToosThis is probably the most comfortable and relaxing hotel/guesthouse I've stayed at in Yunnan. It wasn't planned; I usually like to take it slow and stay wherever I feel like. I found this place by chance. Since I was quite tired from traveling from Dali to Erhai Lake, a good night's sleep was really important. I slept incredibly well and felt very safe. So I stayed for two nights. The owner is from northern China and is very friendly and easygoing. There aren't many rooms in the courtyard, but they all have a stylish layout (just like him). Oh, and there's a loquat tree—it was very sweet. Don't ask me how I know; ”because I couldn't resist picking some.” The kitten was very well-behaved; it seemed to know it was very charming. The breakfast was also good, made by the owner himself. This was just the beginning; I was very happy with my stay and will definitely come back. See you next time!

The facilities are high-end, the room is very well equipped, the large floor-to-ceiling windows have a wide view, and the bathtub is simply enjoyable to watch the sunset. The environment is beautiful, the courtyard flowers and plants are scattered, and the sea view terrace is a blockbuster. The service is super intimate, the butler is warm and thoughtful, free luggage pick-up and drop-off, and fruit is also delivered. The hygiene is impeccable, the bedding is clean and soft, the daily deep cleaning, and even the corners are spotless. Definitely the first choice for a holiday on the Erhai Sea!

GGuest UserArrived in Dali late at night by high-speed train, it was a long and tiring day. As soon as I crossed the overpass, I saw the Wyndham Hotel. I quickly checked in and went back to my room to freshen up. The hot water came on instantly, which was really nice. Getting around from here is super convenient.
