XXjyumiThe B&B owner was very welcoming and provided attentive service. They offered afternoon tea and evening desserts, and the breakfast was exquisite and authentic. The room offered an unobstructed view of Erhai Lake, and the location was excellent – you could snap a beautiful photo of the lake anytime. The butler service was spot-on, fulfilling every request. The environment was beautiful. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserOn my previous trip to Dali, I cycled around Erhai Lake on the west side and always wished I could stay there to watch the sunrise. This time, I stumbled upon Tingyun and it truly exceeded my expectations. I arrived around noon, and as soon as I got there, they proactively helped me with my luggage and even asked if I'd had lunch, immediately arranging some rice noodles for me. Shortly after checking in, they brought a fruit platter to my room. I had been worried about finding food on the west side of the lake, but Tingyun was incredibly thoughtful, even offering late-night snacks. Although the facilities are in a village, they meet hotel standards, and the little tables and chairs are a nice touch. There are plenty of outlets, the hygiene is excellent, the showers are comfortable, and they even use a Laifen hairdryer – no cutting corners here! I must especially praise the dining hall; the food is delicious and there's a good variety. They even prepared a souvenir for me when I checked out. Now that I've found a place in Dali that feels like home, I will definitely be back. If I hadn't had to catch a train, I would have certainly stayed longer.

HHebiqunliuchaomeiWe come here every year, and last year we stumbled upon this B&B. The experience was fantastic and truly great value for money! It has a balcony with a view, allowing you to see the scenery right from your window.
It's an excellent choice for the price; I personally think the value is superb. I'll definitely be back next time!
The room is quite spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows that make it bright and airy. It's clean and tidy, and the hotel prices are reasonable, making it an ideal choice for many travelers.
I traveled with my parents, and the surrounding environment was lovely, perfect for walks or just relaxing.

TToosThis is probably the most comfortable and relaxing hotel/guesthouse I've stayed at in Yunnan. It wasn't planned; I usually like to take it slow and stay wherever I feel like. I found this place by chance. Since I was quite tired from traveling from Dali to Erhai Lake, a good night's sleep was really important. I slept incredibly well and felt very safe. So I stayed for two nights. The owner is from northern China and is very friendly and easygoing. There aren't many rooms in the courtyard, but they all have a stylish layout (just like him). Oh, and there's a loquat tree—it was very sweet. Don't ask me how I know; ”because I couldn't resist picking some.” The kitten was very well-behaved; it seemed to know it was very charming. The breakfast was also good, made by the owner himself. This was just the beginning; I was very happy with my stay and will definitely come back. See you next time!

GGuest UserThis inn gets a perfect score! The facilities are both modern and inviting, and the central air conditioning ensured a supremely comfortable stay. Rooms were spacious with expansive views, and the setting was private and tranquil. The courtyard design was exquisite, and the evening lighting was incredibly romantic. Service was incredibly attentive; from check-in to check-out, the staff were always smiling and ready to assist. They even helped us arrange transportation and book tickets. Cleanliness was exceptional; towels and bath towels were replaced daily, and everything was thoroughly sanitized, making our stay completely worry-free and reassuring. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Dali!

SShanyaokuijiaWe originally booked a luxury private hot spring room, but due to a circuit malfunction, we were upgraded to the presidential suite. It was very spacious, but located in an independent villa area where we were the only guests. It was a bit scary at night, as the saying goes, 'a wild boar can't appreciate fine bran' (meaning it was too grand for us, haha). The hotel's scenery is actually quite nice, and the staff are very enthusiastic. The facilities could use some improvement. Most accommodations in Dali are guesthouses, and good hotels are indeed rare. Overall, I'm still satisfied.

GGuest UserWe booked a family room with a sea view and two beds. Our stay was excellent, and all the staff were incredibly friendly. The room was clean and well-maintained. From the balcony, you could directly see Erhai Lake! The complimentary fruit was also plentiful and delicious. When we arrived, the staff helped us with our luggage, and they also assisted us downstairs when we left. They even helped us arrange a car to Lijiang. I accidentally left a bag in a Didi (ride-hailing car), and the owner enthusiastically helped me contact the driver and retrieve it. It truly felt like a home away from home! Highly recommend!

The service, however, was a bit lacking. I specifically requested a non-corner room when booking and at check-in, but I was still assigned a corner room. They tried to justify it by saying it had an extra courtyard compared to other rooms of the same type, but it was just a triangular wall and an inner window that never saw sunlight. Also, the late-night snack restaurant, which was supposed to close at 9 PM, told me they were closing up when I arrived at 8:35 PM, saying there was no food left. It took a lot of negotiating before they finally cooked some rice noodles for me...
The environment within the hotel is okay, but there's ongoing construction right outside the hotel entrance.
