Dali Ancient City Yijing Homestay is situated on the west side of Dafeng Road (National Highway 214) outside Dali Ancient City, adjacent to Sanyue Street. It is about 300 meters on foot from Dali Ancient City, and the community has ample parking spaces, ensuring convenient travel. Within a 15 - minute drive from the homestay, all representative scenic spots of Dali's "wind, flower, snow and moon" can be easily accessed, initiating an immersive travel experience in Dali for visitors.
Oriental Aesthetics, Integrated into Heaven, Earth and Space
The homestay embeds the artistic conception of Oriental aesthetics in every plant, tree, house and eave: the clouds and shadows of Cangshan Mountain drift outside the window, and the mottled tree shadows in the courtyard sway, with implicit and timeless romance flowing quietly in the space. The entire house is decorated with solid wood, organic art paint and local stones from Dali, and is strictly fitted out according to home standards. Natural texture and craftsmen's dedication intertwine, and every detail is made of genuine materials. The furniture is selected from Dali's "Jiajia Mei" brand. The hall is furnished with full genuine black leather sofas, and all guest room furniture is made of solid wood, combining texture and aesthetics. The full set of customized Methven sanitary ware has delicate water flow like a spring whisper, and the integrated dresser adds more Oriental elegance. The 80×80 high - woven bedding in the guest room is soft and skin - friendly, making every sleep feel like sinking into a cloud.
"Art Exhibition Hall" Hidden in the Homestay
The public areas of the homestay display calligraphy and painting works collected by the owner, each of which bears stories and time. Staying at Yijing is not just a short stay during a journey, but more like an "elegant tour in an art gallery" — Oriental aesthetics is no longer an unreachable concept, but a daily life that naturally merges with life, enabling guests to gain peace of mind and beauty inadvertently.
Strict Sanitation, Guarding the Cleanliness of Accommodation
Yijing has an almost "obsessive" standard for sanitation: the 80×80 high - woven bedding is "changed for each guest", being soft, skin - friendly and more reassuring. Before guests check in, the room will undergo full air purification. The water deer floor drain and the water storage design of the drain pipe can effectively block odors. There are no dead corners in the bathroom. The toilet is strictly disinfected and equipped with a disposable toilet seat cover. Bath towels are made of non - woven fabric and strictly wrapped to eliminate sanitary risks. The tatami is vacuumed and dust - mite removed every day to ensure it is soft, clean and free of dust. "Daily stay cleaning" can also be provided as needed, and "comprehensive bed - disassembling cleaning" is carried out every two days, so that cleanliness runs through the entire stay.
Butler - style Service, As Caring as Family
After a successful booking, the exclusive butler will contact the guests at the first time, learn about the itinerary in advance, provide dressing suggestions, and also thoughtfully inquire about the transportation mode to arrive, fully ensuring a worry - free journey. On the day of check - in, "full luggage service" is provided, and there are also welcome fruits and exquisite afternoon tea to make the journey more pleasant. The homestay has exclusive photo spots, and the butler will thoughtfully assist in taking photos, freezing the beauty of Dali and Yijing into exclusive memories. Butlers are online 24 hours a day to respond to needs and answer questions at any time.
Local Ingredients, Taste the Flavor of Dali
In the afternoon, Yijing selects local ranch milk from Dali and matches it with fresh seasonal fruits from the North Gate Market of the day, allowing the natural sweetness and the mellow taste of yogurt to slowly unfold on the tip of the tongue. In the early morning, small - pot rice noodles, ersi (a type of rice vermicelli), and steaming noodles awaken the taste buds. Delicacies such as egg dumplings, small steamed buns, wowotou (steamed corn buns), sweet potatoes, and corn bring a "sense of home warmth". Simple and authentic meals such as soybean milk and porridge help every guest start a fresh day.
Public Space, A Communication Field for Culture and Art
The public space of the homestay is not only a place for rest, but also a "stage for cultural exchange": you can promote Bai ethnic intangible cultural heritage art here and feel the ingenuity of old handicrafts; hold clothing teaching sessions to let the camera record the poetic moments in life; carry out clothing art shows to interpret the collision of styles and aesthetics; or participate in tea - tasting activities on tea - infused nights to find a moment of tranquility for thoughts... In the artistic conception of Oriental aesthetics, it adds inspiration and warmth to artistic expression.
Yijing Homestay, with Oriental aesthetics as its backbone, considerate service as its wings, and quality experience as its core, creates a Dali memory for every traveler that is "not just accommodation, but also an artistic sojourn"
"This guesthouse is easily the best place I've ever stayed. The location is super convenient; a two or three-minute walk uphill takes you to March Street, and crossing a big road brings you to the Cangshan Gate of Dali Ancient City. If you don't want to stay inside the ancient city, this is the best option outside of it. No need to worry about noise either, as it's quite peaceful at night. I stayed for four days, and I was able to sleep soundly every night.
This guesthouse is run by local Bai people. The owner and the little housekeeper are often around, which made me feel safe and secure. You can tell they put a lot of care into running this place. They are also very warm and friendly, always happy to chat. They even cook breakfast; the rice noodles were absolutely delicious! I had a big bowl every day! In the afternoon, they offer peach gum milk and flower cakes, which were also very good!
The room was incredibly clean and tidy, and the bedding was excellent. It was so comfortable that I easily fell asleep as soon as I lay down. For two of the days, I stayed in the 'Xi Chuang' room on the fourth floor, which has a small balcony. Sitting out there in the winter sun, relaxing in the afternoon, was incredibly comfortable.
Next time I visit Dali, I will definitely choose their guesthouse again. I wish the owners great success in their business! Looking forward to seeing you next time 🩷🩷"
