好的方面：位置好，吃飯購物方便，房間大。有待提升：硬件設施跟不上，吹風機的烤化了，建議可以更換新的了，畢竟是常用物品。衞生間暖氣不行。燈稍暗。

就在月光裏停車場旁邊，門面很大，樓下就是古鎮洱海旁的酒吧街，晚上也很安靜，小哥很熱情，服務很周到。酒店樓上的天台景色很美！

位置很好，就在碼頭旁邊，周邊很多吃的，特別方便，到海邊衹有50米！！！酒店的房間也是非常寬敞！前台的小帥哥服務態度非常好！

1.房間很小，設施老舊，危險（割掉我的手指一塊肉）被子有一股味道，衞生間非常擁擠，蓮蓬頭一開噴的滿衞生間都是。所謂海景房，也是看別的矮房子的屋頂。床頭沒有充電孔，衹有兩個在電視旁，且不説不夠充電吧，你為什麼不告訴客人，充電孔不是一直有電的，要在床頭把電視電源打開才能充電呢，充幾個小時一口電沒有充個寂寞。小哥服務不錯，人很樸實客氣，前台姑娘態度很差。總體來講不建議大家入住，環境差還有受傷危險，具體事情寫在後麪2.掛毛巾的地方特別鋒利，直接割掉我一塊肉，浴巾，睡衣都是血，前台給了創口貼止不住血，我們自己叫了外賣碘伏消毒，這錢還是最後我們找店家報銷的，怎麼説也是酒店設施問題讓我受傷了，全程前台姑娘沒有一句抱歉，絲毫沒有歉意，中間過來看了一下我的手啥也沒説就走了。3.酒店車進不去，行李不好拖：酒店在古城裡麪，距離南門要走400米左右，古城都是哪種疙裏疙瘩的石板路，行李箱根本無法通行，更何況我一個人有兩個行李箱，打電話讓酒店工作人員來接，前台姑娘很不情願的樣子，態度不太好，最後在我們強硬要求下，等了很久是小哥過來接的，態度挺不錯。4.酒店無電梯，行李要自己搬上樓：我們兩個女生，每個人都是大行李箱，我朋友還在發燒，前台給我們安排在三樓，我們跟前台姑娘説需要找人幫忙提到三樓或者給我們安排一樓的客房，前台説無法安排到一樓也不太好幫忙搬上去，我火蹭一下上來了，幫客人接行李不是每個民宿該有的服務嗎，甚至有些民宿還有接送機，如果你説你是酒店沒有這個服務，那酒店是不是該有電梯呢。後來我説我朋友發燒，我們提不到三樓，前台姑娘説一共三個能不能自己提一個，我説不能，旅行那麼累，選酒店就是要省心住的舒服，我還要受罪把行李提到三樓不是很可笑嗎。後來又是剛開始的小哥幫忙提上去的，服務很好，這前台我很無語

體驗感太差，正常酒店電源插座都通電的，本來晚上就回去的晚，在前台辦理入住，前台工作人員沒有提示，需要電源通電需要打開電視開關，害得充電一晚上充了個寂寞，一點沒充進去，電源插座也少，客廳就兩個插座，孩子一個手錶，大人兩個手機，手機還得拿去洗手間充……洗個澡浴頭也是壞的，一打開開關把手都脱落了，又安裝上將就用，哎

這家酒店提供了出色的服務和設施、當時也是隨便訂的、入住後發現性價比還是蠻高的！
環境很好👍、到處都感覺寬敞明亮、而且還有很多的字畫、每個角落都充滿詩情畫意、以及露台的風景都很不錯😀
設施也很好👍、包括酒店外不管到哪兒玩都很方便！而且還有贈送的酒吧體驗服務、都是很不錯的
